You have to greenscreen yourself singing and dancing and then stick that in the original.. BUT, and here's the tricky part, you have to take Stewie out as well. Normally I take a screen grab and then Photoshop him out, which then you overlay onto the original before putting myself back in with Premiere Pro 2.

Easy for static, harder when the cam moves - you then need to take him out frame by frame or using a moving matte. Time consuming but... worth it???!
