This is a man that abused kelseys mom and other women as well. He was not in Iraq but getting drug abuse treatment helps get facts. No he didn't kill his baby but his family hindered the officials from even being able to see what really was going on. And the fractures happened while Kelsey was in his mothers care lances mother would know all about dhs because she told them to take her kids when they were little or she would kill them..... Food for though for those naïve people

A lot of thoughtless people have made dumb remarks about Lance choosing to leave for Iraq knowing that Kelsey was being abused. But, the only thing that Lance knew of was the broken collarbone, before he left. And that is a common injury for toddlers. He may not be a saint, but if he had had any idea of what was happening to his little girl, he would never have left her alone; Army or not.
