i think you sang several keys lower than the original pitch.. if i'm not mistaken, it should have been C (2 octaves higher).. lowering the pitch didn't make you sound at your best coz' i think you could have sounded much better if you sang it on the higher pitch! :) i should know, i used to sing that song when I was younger just for fun! hehe..

this kid sang it very well..no doubt..different voice range means different qualities.
u cannot compare regine's voice to jaya..u should know haha
