  • 1:09 Getting paid has nothing to do with getting a driver's license.

1:50 If you are behind the wheel, you are driving, by definition.

2:56 You don't have a right to drive a motor vehicle, you have a right to travel.

    4:50 Delusional.

Where is the final court decision?

  • a good slap would do him the world of good

  • who knows how to do what charlie did ? or how to contact the old guy ?? i need to get this shit down right for myself

  • What natural rights do we not have? A lion can attack us, and we can attack it. It's for food, not to do harm against someone for the purpose of gain. Our rights are given to us by our creator, and if you think that our rights are given to us by other people, then you recognize no creator, and only see that the masses are considered animals to be treated like cattle, and those who the brainwashed masses call our authorities are the granters of our rights (they then become gods.)

  • @ashackatak So we both agree. My license license cannot be rescinded without just cause...

If I violate driving codes, ur drive under the influance, then that is just cause to rescind my license.I can still drive, but not on state controlled highways for example.

The Constitution doesn't protect all rights. It explicitly lists some of them.

  • free free palestine

  • thats what im talking about

  • I hope you don't kill anyone I know while you are "traveling." @luludawg is right, you are operating a motor vehicle. I know my rights, driving is a privilege, not a right. I bet you lost your license over a DUI, or some other traffic violation, or aren't smart enough to pass a simple driving test. I'm sure if you hate registering your vehicle, you hate to carry insurance. DRIVE safe, you tool.

  • @nrjandjmj said: "driving is a privilege, not a right."

This is an untrue statement. Driving is a right. We as a nation have decided that driving on certain public roads require the possession of a license indicating proficiency in controlling the vehicle you use.

Possession of this license is a right, once the holder satisfies the criteria for the license. The license cannot be rescinded without just cause.

  • @Pafoofnik1 The supremem court NEVER ruled driving was a right, only that travel is. Lower courts said its a right but the are underlings and do not make law.

  • @MickScarborough: Our rights are inherent. The Supreme Court doesn't rule on their existence, it rules on if laws are constitutional.

    My comment is correct.

  • @Pafoofnik1 You cant just arbitrarily invent a right and declare it inherent. Where is it written you have the right to drive? I could say its my inherent right to fly but that doesnt mean its true. Your comment is as flawed as your so-called logic.

  • @MickScarborough: I didn't invent a right. I explained why you are incorrect in your understanding of the Supreme Court function.

Our rights are inherent, so it is impossible and unnecessary to show where an inherent right is written.

Let me state it another way. I often drive my truck to run fenceline on my property. Using your logic, I need a license to do so. This is not true.

If you disagree, then simply state any statute requiring me to have a license to drive on my land.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Inherent Rights are also man made. The Native Americans didn't have inherent rights that protected them, and this government creates laws that violate our original set of Constitutional rights all the time.

Hats off to anyone challenging lawmakers that operate outside of the realm of the Constitution!

  • @MickScarborough All "rights" were invented arbitrarily and put into doctrine. Humans have no real rights in the natural world. Explain it to a mountain lion that you should be able to walk anywhere you want. It's all a joke really. I can feel I have the right to breathe clean air, but the factories we buy our shit from are still pumping shit into the air. So yes, one can invent a right as an interperetation of the constitution, doesn't mean it matters to anyone inside or outside a court of law.

  • @ashackatak By your logic our rights are given to us by our government and can be taken from us at any time.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Driving is not an inherent (natural) right (cause you have to buy a car and gas), but a conditionally legal right to operate a motor vehicle per specific veh code, provided you do not violate the code, at which time your priveledges may be revoked, and you can go to jail for driving under certain conditions. Certainly not protected by the Constitution as it is not unalienable (or we wouldnt go to jail for DUI). This guy is lucky...

  • That's probably why the law says "OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE" instead of saying DRIVING or TRAVELING in a vehicle. Just saying.

  • Anybody who chooses to operate a motor vehicle without the proper license to operate that motor vehicle will be subject to penalties. Not only does that license show that you are lawfully operating that vehicle, but it demonstrates that you posess the correct knowledge and skills to operate that motor vehicle in the general public. That's why truck drivers have CDL's and regular motorists have a Class R. Don't be a moron. Get a license. It takes 15 mins for a test and $30. YOU'RE DRIVING IDIOT!

  • @nrjandjmj - are you one of those Civilian police types. ? registering your car means you have just handed it over to the Govt .. same with your kids and house.. you own nothing unless you know your common law rights.

  • @nrjandjmj actually, if you read the laws and use the legal dictionaries and review supreme court cases you would see that you are in fact wrong. The transportation code only applies to commerce. Knowledge is power.

  • @nrjandjmj your only subject if you have a license/contract

  • zion ? ....no thanks

  • BUUUUULLLLLLSHIT! Dont listen to this bull shit.....O.K. fine try this shit in Chicago,,I would bet my house you will lose the case..Th system is corrupt...

  • lol, countless people got trolled by this video

  • But what about when you want to rent a car?

  • Well at least your telling your ludicrous opinion through typeing and not talking.

  • You do realize that they wanted him to drop the suit because of all the time and money it would have taken to go through it all, and not because they think hes right. Just stop your making yourself look like an idiot.(please stop talking your voice is sooooo annoying.)

  • @voiceofReason1231 ...... Sounds like you know what they were thinking. Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a psychic in the room!

  • @Tactikalguy1, have you tried this?

  • @Tactikalguy1 ladies and gentlemen we have a faggott in the room!

  • @PetiteFeet69 PetiteFeet69.

  • @xXFlyleafXx xXflyleafXx

  • @Tactikalguy1 There's nothing psychic about it moron. It's common fucking sense. As for your understanding of the law it is laughable at best.

  • @voiceofReason1231 Really? you think the court has a problem spending money? Think again. Learn the law, too. No one can restrict your lawful right to travel from point A to point B.

  • @voiceofReason1231 KISS KISS GURL XOXOXO U REDDY TO SUKK MY MUNKEE?

  • wow, what a view, if it is upheld for him, then it is true after all, so how can they keep on infringing on peoples rights.

  • Why don't you put all them smarts to some good, and pick a useful battle, instead of advocating the "right" to do whatever you want on the road, like putting a 4-year-old behind the wheel to "travel".

  • if you don't drive, you travel, then it's on a bike, wagon, or your feet. Otherwise you're operating a motor vehicle on state property. Yes, SOCIALISM. State property. Like your medicaid, social security, federal highways, military, regulatory organizations, courts, farmers, everything found in a SOCIETY. If you wish to travel on your own property, or gain permission to travel through the property of others where local traffic ordinances are not enforced, you could. GL laying the concrete.

  • Im not gonna lie folks.

This whole process is a lot of headache from what it sounds like.

  • @lopytube take a pill

  • When a cop turns his red lights on, he's declaring a felony emergency? This guy is insane. Cops have to declare no more than "reasonable suspicion" for pulling someone over, and "probable cause" for detaining someone after the pull-over. This guy is wrong.

  • @IJest

    STFU FUCKING COP!!

  • @mozadek1 I'm not a cop. I'm educated. Thanks for showing the fact that you're not. :)

  • @IJest

ONLY idiots & Liars think that their self appointed "credentials" hold any weight in a YT argument, LMAO!

Thx for showing me you are one...

  • @mozadek1 Gosh, you are an interesting person. I never said I had "credentials", just that I am educated. Because I know what level of proof a cop needs to pull a person over, and he is not declaring a "felony emergency" when he flashes his lights. That is all I said, originally, before you jumped down my throat and assumed incorrectly that I was a cop. Anyone who truly knows their rights in police encounters should know the same thing. That is all. I'm done with you.

  • @IJest You are saying that because you are brainwashed, and it's easier to embrae your cage than it is to admit you're duped and do the work it takes to be FREE.

I'd pity fools like you, but for the fact that you wish to enforce your disease onto others by spreading the disinfo of your own self-perpetuated brain-washed prison.

You'd be wiser and kinder to STFU

  • He's right but you can never have a license from the start and you should declare yourself a sovereign. If you ever file for a license they never let you out of the contract.

  • Traveling: To go from one place to another, as on a trip; journey.

Driving: relating to the controlling of a motor vehicle in motion.

Yes if you re traveling in a car you are driving YOU FOOL.

  • @rocketstool you have no idea. "FOOL"

  • @rocketstool Clearly you dont OVERstand what Im talking about. Youre only DRIVING if your using a AUTOMOBILE for commerce. PERSONAL PLEASURE such as going over a friends house, traveling to the store, are all CREATOR given rights that can be taken or contested, "Driver licenses" is only for bus drivers, delivery driving jobs, truck driving, etc. Jobs that operate in COMMERCE. But you dont know. Traveling, not driving.

  • is it the same for Canada?

  • @TheLongrin Hi, as far as I can tell, common law or Law of the Land is relevant to Canada except Quebec. In the usa Louisiana is exempt. Both I understand are due to the French connection... Maybe see Robert Maynard's videos... but you need to study hard, I am just starting. But the circumstances are the similar just the wording may be different...

  • @MissFireballxl5 thanks so much for your reply... i have found roberts videos among other freeman tales and tips....holy cow i thought i might have a grasp on this in a month or so but now that i have spent countless hours researching(a week hehe) in an effort to maybe oneday claim my sovereignty, i realize...i am months to a year away from being knowledgeable enough to feeling secure in doing so. Sould of went to law school just so i could be a freeman, Anywaysi'mramblingcanyoulinkmefreesites?

  • @TheLongrin YOU TRY GOING DOWN THIS ROAD PLAN ON SPENDING A LOT OF TIME IN PRISON CELLS. IT IS ALL A LIE.

  • @MissFireballxl5 "as far as I can tell, common law or Law of the Land is relevant to Canada except Quebec. In the usa Louisiana is exempt."

    .

FAR AS I CAN TELL YOU HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE WHAT COMMON LAW EVEN IS IN THE REAL WORLD..... MENARD IS A LIAR AND A FRAUD

  • @greywolf424 , ok,not sure what the anger and hateful words are designed for? If you believe Manard is incorrect, please point out what is correct and where he has gone wrong and what it is people need to look out for. Thank you.

  • @MissFireballxl5 EVERYTHING THAT SCUM BAG MENARD SPEWS IS A LIE.... EVERYTHING.

  • @greywolf424 so you say, so please show what is the truth then

  • @MissFireballxl5 TRAVELING IN AN ACTION, DRIVING IS A METHOD..... YOU CAN TRAVEL WITHOUT DRIVING THEREFORE YOUR WHOLE FAIRY TALE STARTS TO UNRAVEL RIGHT THERE....

  • @MissFireballxl5 SECOND THIS HORSE SHIT ABOUT YOUR NAME MEANS SOMETHING DIFFERENT IF IT IS IN CAPATIAL LETTERS, YET MENDARD CAN NOT CITE ONE SINGLE SOURCE TO SUPPORT THAT CLAIM.... OOOOOOPS.

    .

NOT TO MENTION HE LIES ABOUT THE COMMON LAW DEFINITION OF THE WORD PERSON..... HELL I COULD GO ON ALL DAY TEARING HIS LIES APART BUT ALREADY KNOW YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A BRAIN WASHED LITTLE DRONE WHO WON'T LISTEN..... BESIDES I WOULD MUCH RATHER SEE YOU BEHIND BARS.

  • @greywolf424 and why would you want to see me behind bars?

  • @MissFireballxl5 BEST PLACE FOR CRACK HEADS

  • @greywolf424 and how have you determined this about me? And what gives you an overriding qualification to have your preference of action upon me? Who are you to judge? When you have only provided insults, aggression, conflict and excessive signs of an overblown ego!

  • @MissFireballxl5 wow your so aggressive, why ?

  • @TheNathanalex - really? All you have to do is read greywolf424's loud capitalised series of expressions to see the set up and the bating. The aggression is directly theirs. Since my final response there has been no further craziness from that user. Who needs it?

  • I think I should be allowed to drink and drive.

  • @PenisPlant; You can!

    Just not in public.

  • @Pafoofnik1

Well that's stupid. Just the government trying to control you more. I should be allowed to do what I want, when I want and how I want.

  • license- what a belligerent state does to it citizens and its enemies, black's 4th edition

  • license- what a belligerant state does to it citizens and its enemies, black's 4th edition

  • @retsquid Contracts retsquid contracts

  • not only do americans think they need drivers license, but they think its a good idea...im not one of them

  • @tACTIKALGUY1 GIVE ME SOME MORE OF THIS GUY , I JUST LOVE HIS WORK.

  • I think the old dude coughed up a lung at least 5 times.

  • Paranoia is nothing to encourage. This man is sick and needs therapetic assistance.

  • @josssshua Yes because standing up for your rights is a form of mental illness.....America 2010 up is down and down is up.

  • Meet Your Strawman!

    watch?v=a6KpLXmMG6M

  • thats right.. i dont Driver either.. i travel

  • i wise the hell i had of known this ,20 years ago ,all i can do is teach my son

  • I wonder if there is a way to talk your way out of more serious crimes.

"Sir, I didn't murder her, I simply halted her heart" or something.

  • @dothebedn Charlie Sprinkle never committed any crimes, so he didn't need to talk his way out of anything. He simply exercised the rights that everyone else is oblivious to.

A crime is defined as Corpus Delecti. "Must prove that your actions resulted in bodily injury or property damage of another." If no one is hurt and no property is damaged, no crime has been committed.

Look into Marc Stevens and Adventures in Legal Land.

  • @TheRealVerbz

Ok, I'll play it your way for a change.

Speeding limits seem obsolete as long as I dont hurt anyone or anything. I will go 100mph on the freeway. In your rules of the world, I should be perfectly fine.

  • @dothebedn Now you're starting to think! And it's called 'time and place'. You should be allowed to drive 100 mph at your discretion! But when there's traffic... you shouldn't. You can if you want... but you risk hurting others. The definition of Freedom is not having to check in with someone, report to someone, and relinquish your rights through "Registering". Regis = King. The current law says you can't go 100 at ANY time even when it's safe to do. I'm with Charlie exercising his rights.

  • @TheRealVerbz

If a cop pulls me over, how do I prevent getting a ticket or get my car taken? I have gotten a ticket for going 20 over the limit on a freeway when there were no cars at all for miles. Said I was in no threat to anyone, but the cop still gave me a ticket.

Well freedom is hardly ever free, and the government loves to take money...

Perhaps the only way to be free is to eliminate all those who stand against it.

  • I would believe that Charles Sprinkle is a Freemason! any citizen thats not traveling should not try this!

  • My god...

  • No disrespect to this man, may he RIP, but he seriously went out of his way to cause problems...

  • lol what the hell is this shit? This is so retarded.

  • wow hes known about this since pre 1975 me like a few months ago. Thank god for the internet. Also this guy is awesome.

  • Thats right you have a right to travel on the land and no corporation can't make law.

  • what about when you get in trouble for driving on an expired license, is that just null and void? you still get a ticket dont you?

  • This is just bullshit!

  • Listening to lifelong smokers talking always makes me want to clear my own throat.

  • You can use the common law default method to declare your sovereignty. email me for the documents free

  • This guy is a complete TOTAL CRACKED NUT CASE with is wierd own dillusional little world... I think he is driving around Disney World with Mickey, Minni and Pluto in a little plastic car that is powered by pedals. Can someone please give him his meds? Maybe electro shock therapy?

  • o shittt

  • I am a happy Scotsman living down under. Sadly however this nation is a Jewish controlled centre of NWO power but .. the Anglo Aussies always make me laugh when then chant Jews are Cunts.. that makes me smile!! Jews are Cunts !! Yes they are !!

  • @mitchwas

Not all Jews are the same...there are different variations. I believe that most evil that so called "Jews" are doing are known as Ashkenazi Jews and they aren't even real Jews. The rabbit hole is never ending.

  • HARD CORE! You couldn't melt that man's resolve with a nuke!

  • can you pleeeease have charlie call..6613261604..asap....ask for tee .

  • At least he isnt telling people to get rid of your driver's licence. I hate it when people say "This is how I do it, it works, you should do it to" They should say "This is how I do it, it works for me" and end. I will decide if I want to try it. But if you tell me to do it, I wont.

He might also not get in trouble for having no drivers licience because he is old, but not too old.

  • he said he was 35 when this happened

  • P.S.

    @ paranorma1palace

let them take my car, ill just get it back in a few months after I win the case ;)

  • The idea is that it isn't worth it to the justice system and the officer responding to take the person to jail and take away their vehicle. It's easier for them to let him go and continue driving SAFELY even without a license. Our corporation of Canada was built on hundred year old rules by a bunch of drunk fucking fore-fathers that left so many loop holes you could skip rope with Canadian rights.

  • so is this allowable now?

  • Its about the name, when they call the name, on and for the record, I am the man who can sign and authorize for that legal entity, Im here for this matter, under threat and duress, there has been a mistake, I have not received ANY PROPER NOTICE. Im here to settle honorably, or on and for the record I accept your oath of office judge, am I entitled to a fair trial? (judge yes)can I get a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest? (Judge no)Who do you represent here judge? conflict , a problem

  • Wow...Did I just get lighter?

  • @FromOutsideTheBox I know what you mean!!! look at some of the UK stuff, Darren Pollard

  • thank you! good stuff

  • Not true. If you know how to talk to officers, they won't do anything... and if you have a NoU and CoR filed, if you get tazered, you get A LOT of money from your feeschedual.

  • This has also successfully been done in the lands known as Canada and the islands of New Zealand.

A "License" is a contract. On "submitting" an "application" for the contract, you agree to form a co-partnership between your artificial person in commerce and the Government Agency in which your artificial person takes on limited liability.

A "registration" of something transfers "claim" or "true legal title" to that thing, creates a dual Trust, and you receive an equitable title in equity.

  • well, 1970, 1980, 1990, it doesn't matter, he's stating right from the constitution, old school shit, which in this country still stands today in court

  • hes making it all up..just a hunch

  • COMMON LAW READ UP, DONT BE A SLAVE

  • doesnt apply here in the uk, you drive without a licence, they take your car on the spot..simple as..no arguments no common law bs..they just take it..so its ill advisable

  • @paranorma1palace doesnt make it lawful, a cop might beat you up for it it still doesnt make it lawful

  • nah they wont beat u up here, they just take your car and impound it, you have to pay to get it back or they auction or crush it, thats if ur caught driving on a road with no driving licence, they will also do that if you have no insurance, even if you have a license, theyre like gangsters and no doubt it is a racket, but if you have a license and insured theres no prob, i dont like the idea of just anybody driving about with no kind of test or certificate, which is what a license is.

  • @paranorma1palace our laws r based on yours and are all aproved by the queen of england so i highly doubt u dont have them since they came from your country

  • i really dont understand ur point, im saying if u do

what this guy in the vid says here in the uk..they will take ur car :/

  • as far as i know your under the same legal jurisdictions as we are i can't honestly answer u as i dont know the details fully but i do know there are freeman groups in your area dealing with the same matters and principles so contact them perhaps

anything i have to say is heresay anyways

  • i read somewhere your 80% more likely to be involved in an accident as an uninsured driver, you no statistical shit, but i can believe it, this would work in a perfect world, but the fact is most people are selfish arseholes who will drive off after damaging ur car if given the opportunity, i pay 900 quid a year, so i have very little sympathy for uninsured drivers

  • @paranorma1palace

who is talking about insurance here? we're talking about Licences!

  • you cant get insurance if you havent got a license, understandably..which insurance company will insure you if you haven't taken a test ? and proved it by getting a license..its all very simple..so let em take ur car..and if ur in the uk you will end up paying to get it back..or it will be crushed, and i kinda agree, i dont like the idea of unlicensed drivers running about willy nilly with my kids on the street thank you very much, its just an excuse for scummy cunts who dont give a fuck

  • @paranorma1palace

right but again I ask, when did insurance come into play? I believe we we're debating about whether or not the UK has similar automotive laws to Canada which vjdjwafflez very clearly suggested, they may because our rules and regulations were written by the Queen. At no point did either of us mention anything about insurance or the need for it. Whether or not you have insurance has no affect on your driving ability. Please try to stay on topic or just stop talking.

  • it is on topic, you see you need a licence and insurance to drive legally in the uk, not just 1 or the other, now you can have a license and no insurance, but you cant have insurance and no license is my point, furthermore i would no more get into a jumbo jet piloted by an unl;icensed driver than i would a car driven by somebody who had not proven they could drive, by passing a test, which is what a license is a certificate that you passed ur test, thats all, so its just plain dumb imho

  • @paranorma1palace

well then i suppose that its convenient that they clearly state that this only works for people travelling. Not for someone driving others commercially let alone someone flying a commercial jet liner. Letting someone earn wages for transporting others commercially is just plain dumb in my honest opinion, but telling a man who has been driving for 37 years in this instance that he can't just because he doesn't have a piece of paper is also just plain dumb in my honest opinion.

  • if you drove 37 yrs u may as well have passed a test n got a license, i really dont see the issue, im all for sticking it to da man so to speak, but i feel this particular law is one made from common sense, i drive easier knowing other drivers around me have passed a test, the road would be mental otherwise, maybe not in some hick town in the us, but in a big city..no way

  • Many years ago I read an article in the Reader Digest & it mentioned a few cases where drivers without DL got into accidents & walked away with a slap on their hands. Now, if they would of have a DL, one could of have gone to jail for like 30 years plus fines.

I know this: "You don't have to have a DL", it's a privilege & not an obligation, however, having a picture ID instead is all you need. I know this guy who doesn't even drive, he rides his bike with a small motor in it.

  • LOL, he goes everywhere with it & gets very good mileage per gallon, no car insurance; big savings. What's funny is what he did to his bike cycle. He changed the sprockets in the back tire & did something to where the pedals are, in short, he can go as fast as 45 MPH or something like it. I know Big Boy Auto parts sells bike cycles with motors, I may go next week to ask if it's possible to make them go faster by modifying sprockets or something else.

  • I would like to be tought by this man.

  • WOW-I love this guy and I am strictly a heterosexual. Charles Sprinkle, a TRUE American hero. Where did all of the American heroes go? There are two seated in the room in this video, what happened to the rest of you? When did you all decide in your ignorance that you are subject to the law instead of the arbiters of the law? True leaders lead by example. This man should stick in your mind as your 4 star General, because he has the balls to enforce his rights despite the "risks" to himself

  • This is one smart bloke!

  • I voluntarily surrenderred my driver's Licence 2 weeks ago. I live in NC.

  • good for you friend I did the same a couple of weeks ago also.

  • Is a birth certificate considered a contract between an individual and "the state"?

Would that constitute as agreeing under duress or without your knowledge?

Can you give back that certificate like you did with your license?

What about purchasing alcohol without identification even though you are over 21 or does that apply at all in this instance?

Can you still get into clubs?

  • a birth certificate is i believe a unilateral contract. oh, i am not the guy in this video just so you know. However, you can still have an i.d. like i do. The only difference is that i sign the identification card under duress or you can sign it without prejudice ucc 1-207. That way you can get into clubs and fight whatever in court.

  • I love you brother!

    :o)

  • Proof our Birth Certificates have value of the Stock Exchange

    /watch?v=S-1LeXJ9xE8&feature=channel_page

  • @Tactikalguy1 STRAWMAN

  • Hi - The BC is like a contract with the state that your parents sign on your behalf - you reconfirm that when you apply for your social security number.

your right tho - it all starts with the BC - a contract which you did not sign - so you can cancel it at any time...your on the right path so keep going friend.

  • The Birth Certificate isn't a contract. It is a notice to you that the government is holding a corporation in your name. It is unlawful to be a contract on the basis that they would be 'contracting with a minor' which is both unlawful and illegal.

The BC,however, isn't yours. The revenue collected by the BC is due to the fact that the credit is gained through your taxation of wealth, and for the government to take it would be considered "unjust enrichment" if it was that you laid claim to it.

  • As for the bartering and buying of alcohol, this shouldn't be a problem if it is shown to the seller that they are only permitted to sell alcohol to a PERSON over 21 as evidenced in the corresponding Act. However, that statute doesn't apply to you on the basis that:

    a) you are not a PERSON; and

    b) you are not obliged to have ID to barter buy or sell.

To not sell alcohol to you because you don't have ID is discrimination and they're open to being sued.

  • @TheRealVerbz this is what i been saying all my life.. this goes a little to far lol

  • What i am wondering is what gives police the right to follow me around town and pull me over repeatedly. Writing me BS tickets saying i have no insurance or registration when i gave them solid proof i do. they keep making me get out of my car and searching my car for drugs without asking me. they have never found anything because i have never done drugs in my life. i feel like im being harrassed.

  • that kept happening to me. So i started recording them. They didnt like it and retaliated. Now i am suing them. Its different when you defend yourself. they dont expect that. Good luck.

  • Im not a disinformant. Maybe, I got it wrong. but, I was told that was the thing to do. I watched your vid on corpus electi, how can you claim corpus electi in a commercial court? Does commerce have that? Im fighting for freedom every bit as much as you are.

  • Ok so I got a speeding ticket for doing 52 in a 45 (it was a speed trap). But the officer thought it was a 40mph zone (again, it was a FORTY-FIVE), and that's what's on the ticket, "40". Not to mention that he wrote my age down wrong.

My court date is in a month.

    How can I fight this?

  • Learn you are not a PERSON. you are a Natural person. BIG DIFFERENCE.

For help on this look for jordon All capital letters

  • If you had Pre-Paid Legal, they could easily drop this. Let me know if you want more info.

  • No thanks, I'm through with pyramid schemes.

  • RossCaleb, I can answer this for you. This will be dismissed as the Officer wrote the incorrect mph on the citation. Just show up and you'll be fine. Whoops, I just saw your comment was posted 2 months ago. Well, I'm sure it worked out in your favor.

  • Comment removed

  • ang9967 I believe you are a disinformant. You are correct about being commercial law. However, I would bond the judge, court, and city. Never would I plead guilty. You are a misinformant in my mind and if you are not then you should not make comments about issues you know nothing about.

  • I think you have to plead guilty; guilty of the facts. Then you have to have the facts with you. The other thing you can bond is the statute itself.

  • I would never plead anything. I always challenge jurisdiction since they do not have any to begin with. So far they dismiss the case when Its time for trial. They cant go foward until they prove they have jurisdiction only when it is CHALLENGED. Also, I demand a trial by jury since all crimes are to be tried by jury. If the judge is the jury, you are fucked! oh, and I dont do the hoping thing of the cop not showing up.Its too nerve wrecking.

  • @Tactikalguy1 If cops dont show they get written up and docked in pay. I know I was a cop. Let me tell you the cops work off of repeated success of conning the citizen. Once you throw the law at them they stumble

  • @sickasso72 "f cops dont show they get written up and docked in pay."

    .

    LIE

  • @greywolf424 Oh please you know nothing. Come to me with facts not bullshit

  • @sickasso72 ONLY ONE SPEWING BULLSHIT IS YOU

  • Interesting I was researching the RCW (Revised Code of Washington) & found some interesting stuff that has to do with his commercial comment. I'll have to get specific chapters & subsections. It indicated that only commercial vehicles were required to be licensed in WA state. Now I didnt get into very deep at the time since I was researching something else. I found it interesting enough to remember to mark it for later reading.

  • Sprinkle awesome we need more people like him to stand up against the evil doers

  • You would know. LMAO
