Fake, rune mace would have been the main drop, the drop system doesn't drop 2 main drops. The mith bars and dragon bones are 100% rune mace and visage are 2 random drops and drop system doesn't drop 2 random drops in 1 kill.

sure drop rates are random but a visage is rarer from mith drag than getting bead from an imp. the visage IS a bonus drop as u can get it with a pair of d legs if ur lucky...when the visage is dropped its added to the drop u originally got which wud be like 5 mith bars + bones..:p

BUT I can get dragonlegs AND visage from the same drop. It's always something you get, but with the visage you get the other thing too.

Which makes it a bonus loot.

Every kill, there's virtual dice thrown that dictates what kind of drop is to be dropped. It's hard to explain without a visual because it's so complex. But drop rates CAN be determined if you gather enough accurate data. Dont be talking shit unless you can back it up with stuff that Jagex actually said...
