They are damn lucky officer Kenton Hampton wasn't at the back door or they would have all been tased and beat to death. Then the Fullerton police department would make up some story about how their officers felt threatened by the occupants of the house because they were eating pickles and watching stupid cop stories on TV.
What is going on in Fullerton? The wrong house is a huge mistake. I would think that they had done some investigating and you would think had also watched the house that they were going to raid. I used to be a process server (not a fun job!) and I can't imagine going to the wrong house when the house number is on the house. Thank God at the very least noboby was physically harmed.
The best thing is to have the families of the victims of Fullerton PD file huge lawsuits until the city is bankrupt. If they are unable to fire their homicidal police, then bankrupt the city to get them out of jobs. There is too much evil going in in Fullerton politics and police.
The FBI is spending more resources searching for the hackers who posted nude photos of Scarlett Johansson on the internet than they are investigating the 6 Fullerton cops who tortured and killed Kelly Thomas.
Don't worry everybody, soon the citizens of Fullerton will feel safe knowing that these heinous nude pictures are no longer roaming the internet.
Keep it moving folks, it's just your tax dollars hard at work... as usual.
The City of Fullerton is paying $76,000.00 a month to the 6 cops who killed Kelly Thomas to sit at home and drink beer (stay-cation = stay at home vacation).
That's $12,666.00 per month per cop. Multiply that by 12 months and these cops make more than $150,000.00 a year.
These cops and their union are laughing at you the American taxpayer all the way to the bank; mocking you and calling you a sucker.
I'm hoping the family files a lawsuit for violation of civil rights (4A) and all three should immediately begin seeing the most expensive psychiatrist and other specialists (for inability to sleep etc wink wink) a few times/week and sock it to these pricks.
Apparently the entire FPD needs to be imprisoned and have LASD assume policing. $9 million to the family, fire every cop on FPD and convene a grand jury. I have a feeling there is not one clean pair of skivvies on the entire pd.
Patrick McKinley and Don Bankhead who are on the city council, are both retired Fullerton Police officers. McKinley was the chief of police for 16-years. I don't know about Bankhead, but he was a least the rank of Captain when he retired. Those two and the current police chief are buddies. Chief Sellers said that he would leave it up to the city council to terminate/punish the officers involved. We all know how that's going to turn out, don't we.
All these cops are at home on paid leave (stay-cation) drinking beer and collecting a check. As usual the police department will conduct a "thorough, comprehensive and unbiased investigation" (the ultimate of all oxymoron's) and of course all these cops will be found innocent of any wrong doing. In fact the police department will probably demand an apology from the media and you.
When these cops return to work they will be rewarded with high-fives, overtime pay and promotions.

They didn't follow through because they screwed up. Don't expect a police investigation of their own to be very critical.
