What an incredible performance with some of the best 'pictures' during Amy Winehouse's career. She is definitely a legend of our time. If I knew that she could come back to make music again but also stay sober and it would only need another life instead, I would sacrifice mine.

She was a genius...just take a look in this part 12:48 when she sings: "Are you still deaf that you ca eh eh no ot he ear and are you uh so oh dumb you cannot speak" she arranged the sentence to closure at the same time with the band...her sense of timing was incredible. O.O

When she comes to concerts directly from rehab clinic, it is such a brilliant performance of her..She is full of joy, mind is clear and there are no traces of any drug..It is such a terrible thing to face the intolerable reality of her tragic loss.

Im sure Amy's dad, mum and the rest of the family think they could've done more to help her but life is a book with a story written in it and every single person on this earth has got one story to live and its all destined to us, things happen the way they are meant to happen, can't be changed. I appreciate every day just to be here with my family, friends, be a witness of our generation's great people, musicians like Amy W etc and many others.

@Cleopatra2011able That is surely a self-satisfying approach and only valid after all the ultimate measures are taken but still things are not working out as per the expectations. I'v read following of her father: People want me lock her in a clinic and throw the key away, but that is against the law. I say, NO. Surely it is unlawful. But he was supposed to go to court and get a court decision for keeping her in clinic for as much as required and if a must, under lock. NOTHING IS WORSE THAN THIS

Amy wasn't 5 year old behaving badly, she was on the way to recovery well thats what media and her family said, suppose her mind was set to seek help and change her life but her body failed cos of the previous abuse she's done to it.

@Cleopatra2011able She never stayed in clinic even for a week. Such a therapy was supposed to be long-lasting and not just few days. Therapy was supposed to be not only against drug but also for alcohol and cigarettes. Such a singer should not even smoke cigarettes. Secondly, if she was so easily getting those drugs from the market, why didn't her father let her phone calls monitored for tracing drug dealers. Were there so many of those dealers in London?

@OTBASAR well if they did trace her over the monitored phone calls and cought buying drugs she would've gone to prison not rehab then ( only joking), anyway there could be so many options that would've helped her as we hoped but its all too late now.

@scotloop But Amy was fantastic there, despite her coming from the clinic. That concert probably extended Nelson Mandela's life for at least another 5 years.Her voice failure at high pitch notes was due to crack smoking.

@scotloop Exactly, it was her best performance throughout 2008 and most important without any traces of alcohol and drug . She was active and mind was clear. That voice failure was clearly emphasized by her doctors as she should ultimately quit crack smoking. She had already lost 30% of her lungs. Usually after some period of no use, she was recovering, but that concert was right after she had fainted at home with drug overdose, mostly crack smoking. So..there was no time for recovery.

@scotloop Because of media..Media can sell only sensational news. I'm sure most of those people have never listened to any of her songs. If they had done, I'm sure they would consider her merits overwhelmingly dominating her negatives. She was selected the 2nd most hated person of UK and this contradicts with her album's becoming most selling one for 21st century.

@Cleopatra2011able I wish she was only that much out of order throughout all her live performances. Thanks to her coming to stage from rehab clinic, it is one of her very few performances in 2008, she does not display any traces of alcohol or drug. All movements are decisive, she is full of positive energy, her mind is very clear. If you mean out of order because of failing voice at high notes, that was due to long lasting crack effect pronounced by hr doctor. All the rest was exceptional.

I never was interested in her personal life I just always admired her as a musician since she appeared in music business since 2002, if I ever saw a silly picture of Amy in the paper, hoped she will sort herself out one day, shame it didn't happen. Considering her situation, having fainted at home from drug overdose and then after having spent only few days in rehab clinic, that was actually the maximum she could give us. She was 1 out of 7 billion. I wish her father had taken some ultimate measures for her complete recovery. It is so sad and tear-jerking, such a talent is no more with us.
