  • Very good video, Thanks for the ride. Awesome shot out on the Trestle

  • @pwalpar Thanks! It took a little willpower to wait it out. I missed one train on the CSX main behind me, but I would have had to walk a little distance away from this spot to catch it and I didn't want to take a chance on the excursion arriving when I wasn't looking.

  • nice to see the caboose... excellent video :)

  • The cab ride would have been very cool, but I bet riding in the cupola of the caboose would be so much more fun!

  • @trainkid16 It would be; I rode the cupola of a PRR cabin car on the Nittany & Bald Eagle back in 2004, and it was quite fun, even with a rain shower most of the way.

  • @FastFlyingVirginian It looks like an awesome view.

  • Awesome video! This looks like a neat little railroad, and it's great to see vintage Geeps in action.

  • @GenesisSanctuary Thanks! I was a little disappointed that the 101 wasn't pulling the excursion, but the 1-spot is certainly no slouch either. In addition to this trackage, BB also operates the ex-C&O Richmond-Clifton Forge line on a 20-year lease from CSX, plus a Burkeville-Keysville-Clarksville segment. This line, however, is where they got their start in 1989. It's nice to see them growing the business.

  • Very nice!

  • @joneau261 Thanks!

  • Nice video. You don't see much about this railroad in videos.

  • @CSX6000 Thanks. That thought has crossed my mind, especially where the Buckingham Division is concerned. I just might have to change that.
