take out the battery and you can talk safely, you must realize there is ALWAYS a power connection keeping your phone's time, date, etc....(like there is always a little battery on a motherboard to keep a computer clock going). Don't believe me? Do this little test, turn your phone off normally then turn it back on, notice what happens....not much. Now take that same phone and turn if off normally but also take out the battery, now put the battery back in your phone's time and date will need set

Good question. I personally have only seen judge Napolitano once on Fox as he has very limited voice. He probably has a contract and because he is unapproachable in his knowledge of Constitutional law would be very hard to get rid of.
