Cameras were allowed as this was not a normal concert where only Billy performed. This was a celebration event observing the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II. The official websites for the event and the Vancouver National Historic Reserve do not appear to exist anymore, but it was a wonderful commemoration and very well done.

ODONNELLA is right. it was a free benifit concert. the only security was in the very front on the grass were me and a few other girls were sitting and they kept telling us to scoot back. lol but yea. cameras wer allowed. it wasnt that kind of concert. and to ODONNELLA, there was the libery bells too. they were really good too. :]
