Mileyhannahfanclub01, that's called the "slap dance". It comes with the Bon Voyage EP. To get your sim to learn how, go on a vacation to the three lakes, and one of the locals is bound to start doing it. then press "Join" or "Join slap dance", which one, I'm not sure. hope I helped!
