I seen season 3. It was EPIC. Shocking ending. Hereos still remains one of the best well written shows of all. It's complex, doesn't reveal too much leaving mystery so you'll want to keep watching it. The character development is also great and believable.

The flaming guy was Peter Petrelli... He absorbs superpowers like a sponge. Later in the season, he absorbed a man's power and he couldn't control it. The man who flew him into the sky, was his brother, Nathan, who was trying to save the city and Peter.
