I personally have a hard time thinking while sitting down, I start fidgeting and looking around. Some people are lazy, yes. But the material they teach isn't based on real life. i had 2 or 3 teachers in my life but one that truly affected me was my 8th grade teacher mr iepson he was actually rich owning a business selling sport memorabilia that was successful and working as a prison guard one point in his life i never got why he teach in south philly when he was rich owning two houses in New Jersey i found out he teached cause he cared about us and teaching even though he gave me a hard time i respected him he didn't do it for the money he did it for us
different places, different situations... i remember back in High School, my History teacher started his class by sayin that what he teaches is only based on what is written and that if were really into the subject then we should look further and rediscover the topics for better understanding because teachers can only tell you the general idea...
I'm an 8th grade English teacher, and I actually agree with a lot of the lyrics in this song. However, not all teachers suck. I happen to utilize the students' experiences and interests in my class. Check out my videos of some stuff my kids did and then tell me that all teachers suck.

I recognize the truth and the blue scholars are the trend setters in a movement in progress. Underated and unknown by the majority of the public these two men have created a status of their own with their unique talents. Geo supplies influencial and deep lyrics mixed with political and social problems of today. While Sabzi is a master at producing and creating insane beats for the group. I credit the Blue Scholars as the best rap group around in this decade.

i had 2 or 3 teachers in my life but one that truly affected me was my 8th grade teacher mr iepson he was actually rich owning a business selling sport memorabilia that was successful and working as a prison guard one point in his life i never got why he teach in south philly when he was rich owning two houses in New Jersey i found out he teached cause he cared about us and teaching even though he gave me a hard time i respected him he didn't do it for the money he did it for us

different places, different situations... i remember back in High School, my History teacher started his class by sayin that what he teaches is only based on what is written and that if were really into the subject then we should look further and rediscover the topics for better understanding because teachers can only tell you the general idea...

I'm an 8th grade English teacher, and I actually agree with a lot of the lyrics in this song. However, not all teachers suck. I happen to utilize the students' experiences and interests in my class. Check out my videos of some stuff my kids did and then tell me that all teachers suck.

@bordumking4 No they don't. Our education system does. The text books they get are from conservative morons in Texas trying to influence kids. All the things teachers can't do are because of the people above them. I do think there are terrible teacher believe me I have had a few, but I don't think its fair to say all of them are. Hell the one guy gave his kids these lyrics, thats a damn good teacher in my opinion.

I just don't understand why we can't have knowledge without the education, knawmean? Like, learn our stuff through our own experiences, instead of forcing us into repetitive activities that really limit what we can find out. A couple days back, the local high school told my Spanish teacher that shes teaching TOO much. How stupid is that? The faster you learn in life, the better, right? Well, I'll just keep fuccing around in school, listening to my iPod in class, and still pull of A's on tests.

If you waste the time you spend in class you are only cheating yourself - you DEMAND an education not blow it off - its all only tools but the ones with the tools will roll you over if you don't get them for yourself - thats the point. Problem is a lot of the teachers were the same kids that were f-ing off in class when they were your age and they don't have a clue either.
