I just got my account unlocked I went to the support page and Selected I got banned or suspended and I wish to appeal I then selected my realm and my character. then I filled in everything what what happend, about 2 hours I got a email from blizzard and they said they looked into to my case and unlocked my account and they send me a email to reset my password and to reply with the info they ask for by sending out another support ticket by a attaching a txt file with the info in it. now its good

There is a mistake in chapter 2.

You said to use more than one Anti-Virus programm, but to never run them at the same time. I guess that was meant for the scanner.

One must not have installed more than one Anti-Virus programm at the same time, because both Agents are installed with huge rights and might see each other as Malware.

Better cut the advice with the two programs or suggest a Free Boot CD to Scan the Computer.

Anyway, It seems to me that you don't know an awful lot about anti- virus programs, so let me explain a couple of simple facts:

- An Anti Virus program is updated almost daily (yup constant research).

- All keyloggers look the same in raw code. Your AV recognizes pieces of code, and is able to interpret some of it, to see if it's dangerous.

At this point there should be some kind of verification, that you have to be the person, which owns the account, which wasn't so the first time I recognized the problem was an email, wich told me your problem has been resolved. I got my account back but please check if the caller is correct.

Blizz is ridicilous fast in getting your stuff back. I think it took a half hour before my account was restored, although i did get hacked again later lol. But not always is there a virus or keylogger on your computer which virus/spyware or other software can actually find. When i got hacked, nothing was found, so i took the safe route and formated my computer, then worked on changing my pass.

Unfortunately players from the Czech, Greek, Romanian, Turkish etc etc regions can't really use EU phone support, there are at least 10 more countries that fall into that EU category. Both are viable methods of suport and will yield the same results.
