-ganun? ewan ko basta yong sa amin after mag fill-up ng pink slip na lalalgay mo name at shipping address mo, we were asked to submit it to the shipping company booth at dun ka magbabayad ng shipping. Andito pa nga saken slip ko with a writing that says: VISA DELIVERY FEE PAYMENT (Make arrangements with and pay the applicable fee to our courier service inorder to expedite delivery of the visa packet if visa issuance is authorized.)

huhuhu yup wala coz I thought getting nbi is easy kasi before sa SM Megamall it took 30 minutes lang.. then kanina I decided to get my nbi, so I went to nearest satellite in my area and I was so disappointed with what I saw " it was a blockbuster sooooo long line.. lot of people were lined up outside the mall all the way up to the 2nd level I was so shocked I did not expect that scenario.. Well on Wednesday am planning to get up early and get my nbi.. (sigh) =(

- yong saken di pa applicable sa mga k1-visa yong DS-160, applicable lang nong time na yong sa mga working visa. Pero nag prepare lang ako nga DS-156,156k,157 and DS-160. Ngayon diko alam kung ano yong mga changes, ask mo kay MsRemy for sure she can tell you anything concerning DS forms :)

Ahmm, Ask ko nga pala sayo Ms. Jonna nabasa ko din kasi sa website ng uscis.gov na ang filing fee is $340.00, why sayo is $455?? can you explain me why and how it is different? tnx
-we paid a check for $455, as per instructions at that time (April 4,2010). Apparently, it changed to $340.00 and started Nov.23,2010 if i am not mistaken. That's the only reason i can think of...but i am not so sure. The only thing i can be sure of though, is when hubby filed our I-129F that was the current filing fee $455.00
jonna ask ko lang yung bang copy ng chat online e-mail or skype snapshot kailanga ba simula nung ng chat kami or yung mga emai after nia lang pumunta ng phil.
-yong ginawa namin, meron kme chats and emails copy nong unang conversation namin...tapos yong pinaka'latest, same din sa photos and chat, skype snapshots.

-Ms Remmy, YES! i was glad i made 4copies each of our documents because they are also needed in applying for Green Card, and also you need those Documents during interview for the green card. So if i were you there's no harm on making copies, just for future purposes..and bring them all when you come to USA.

@MsRemy2000 April 4 - we submitted our petition April 13- we receive NOA1 June 15- we receive NOA2 June 24- we receive NVC July 20 - my fiance called embassy if i already have case number (luckily i already have case # at that time and i am elligible for medical) July 21 - my Medical July 28 - My embassy interview Aug 2 - I got my VISA Aug 4- I had my CFO seminar Aug 5- MY FLIGHT comin' to USA!!!! hahaha!

Don't think too much..just file up all your documents completely and organizedly and everything will be just fine. The success of the whole process depends of your documents... kaya dapat complete and organize..para iwas sa madaming tanong sa embassy.

@MsRemy2000 hi ms.remy those forms u can find it at gov.website of us embassy and dowload and print..u will bring those forms during yr interview.. 2 copies of DS-156 and 2 copies also of DS-157 and only one copy of DS-156K if im not mistaken.correct me if im wrong.hehe..i think the DS157 is u will get it at the bank where you pay for yr visa fee.
-bakit sa BPI ka magbabayad, unless nagbago na yong binabayaran all I know is you will pay the k1-visa at BDO bank..pero if pwede din sa BPI..then just go for it.
About those DS-forms, yong DS-160 yan na yong bago ngayon it consists already of DS-156,156k,157...yong saken, meron ako DS-160 you can see it on my blog how it looks like, taz meron din ako DS forms 156,156k,157...dun yan ipapasa sa loob ng embassy,required yan lahat.DS-160 was just for OFW's at that time.

-These DS forms are "must" to bring...pero if you don't have it, it's available at the embassy, pero it will consume lot of time to fill up if you're already inside the embassy. If I were you just bring those forms "filled up" already...make 2copy's each form.

- awe i'm sorry i missed this message last night, nakatulog nko nun. Uhhhmmmm... yep pwede na yan magbayad...but you need to be carefull kc malaking pera yan. Mag ask ka muna sa BDO kung meron sila requirements ngayon na ipapakita. Kc nong saken urgent yon eh kc 4pm na yun tapos kinabukasan na medical ko, kailangan magbayad muna sa BDO bago medical. kaya di nko hinanapan ng requirement noon kc mag coclose na yong bank at ako nman kailangan na kinabukasan yong BDO receipt.

- required ang embassy letter sa embassy, nong medical ko ako lang ang walang embassy letter. appointment lang dala ko, buti pinapasok ako ng guard at accept din nong unang submision ng forms. Medyo makulet lang din kc ako... try lang ako ng try, so far nag work nman lahat positively yong pagiging makulet ko.. katulad ng pag tawag sa NVC office at embassy...hahaha!

-di ko alam eh kung meron na NOA2 c malothea. Meron akong friend sa FB nareciv nila NOA1 nong Dec.9, until now wala pa rin NOA2. ikaw ka kelan mo nareciv NOA1 mo? yong saken kc i reciv my NOA1 April-13 taz yong NOA2 ko June-15, bale 2mnths & 2days. Baka nman wala pang 2months yong syo...heheehe, di na yan magtatagal.

-ganun? ewan ko basta yong sa amin after mag fill-up ng pink slip na lalalgay mo name at shipping address mo, we were asked to submit it to the shipping company booth at dun ka magbabayad ng shipping. Andito pa nga saken slip ko with a writing that says: VISA DELIVERY FEE PAYMENT (Make arrangements with and pay the applicable fee to our courier service inorder to expedite delivery of the visa packet if visa issuance is authorized.)

@lufthgiled hello..untill now you don't have NBI?sana noon palng after kayo ng file na petition kumuha kna i don't think na makuha mo agad ang NBI that can cost days..in my case ksi 12 days after na release NBI ko,layo kc nmin z amboanga ewan d2 sa manila bka 1 day lang kya punta kana and be patient after yan everything will be ok..makakahinga ka ng malalim pag kumpleto paprs mo..goodluck..from wer are you?

huhuhu yup wala coz I thought getting nbi is easy kasi before sa SM Megamall it took 30 minutes lang.. then kanina I decided to get my nbi, so I went to nearest satellite in my area and I was so disappointed with what I saw " it was a blockbuster sooooo long line.. lot of people were lined up outside the mall all the way up to the 2nd level I was so shocked I did not expect that scenario.. Well on Wednesday am planning to get up early and get my nbi.. (sigh) =(

- in our case, hiring attorney is definitely WORTHLESS!!! parang yong attorney na yon nag gagather lang ng information sa case namin. Pinahiya nga sya ng hubby ko kc ahaead ako mag'prepare ng mga documents at minsan tama yong preparation ko...yong atty nman mali yong info sa amin... pina'refund nga ni hubby bayad namin sa attorney na yon eh.

- yong saken di pa applicable sa mga k1-visa yong DS-160, applicable lang nong time na yong sa mga working visa. Pero nag prepare lang ako nga DS-156,156k,157 and DS-160. Ngayon diko alam kung ano yong mga changes, ask mo kay MsRemy for sure she can tell you anything concerning DS forms :)

-we paid a check for $455, as per instructions at that time (April 4,2010). Apparently, it changed to $340.00 and started Nov.23,2010 if i am not mistaken. That's the only reason i can think of...but i am not so sure. The only thing i can be sure of though, is when hubby filed our I-129F that was the current filing fee $455.00

-Ms Remmy, YES! i was glad i made 4copies each of our documents because they are also needed in applying for Green Card, and also you need those Documents during interview for the green card. So if i were you there's no harm on making copies, just for future purposes..and bring them all when you come to USA.

anyway salamat at nagustuhan mo this slideshow. About the hotel, i think i stayed at Casa Bocobo Hotel in Ermita. Nakalimutan ko kung magkano yon...1night lang nman kc yon. Basta piliin mo ang malapit sa embassy para dika ma late sa interview.
Don't worry magkakasama din kyo ng fafa mo...hahaha!

@MsRemy2000 hi ms.remy those forms u can find it at gov.website of us embassy and dowload and print..u will bring those forms during yr interview.. 2 copies of DS-156 and 2 copies also of DS-157 and only one copy of DS-156K if im not mistaken.correct me if im wrong.hehe..i think the DS157 is u will get it at the bank where you pay for yr visa fee.

-bakit sa BPI ka magbabayad, unless nagbago na yong binabayaran all I know is you will pay the k1-visa at BDO bank..pero if pwede din sa BPI..then just go for it.
About those DS-forms, yong DS-160 yan na yong bago ngayon it consists already of DS-156,156k,157...yong saken, meron ako DS-160 you can see it on my blog how it looks like, taz meron din ako DS forms 156,156k,157...dun yan ipapasa sa loob ng embassy,required yan lahat.DS-160 was just for OFW's at that time.

-These DS forms are "must" to bring...pero if you don't have it, it's available at the embassy, pero it will consume lot of time to fill up if you're already inside the embassy. If I were you just bring those forms "filled up" already...make 2copy's each form.

- awe i'm sorry i missed this message last night, nakatulog nko nun. Uhhhmmmm... yep pwede na yan magbayad...but you need to be carefull kc malaking pera yan. Mag ask ka muna sa BDO kung meron sila requirements ngayon na ipapakita. Kc nong saken urgent yon eh kc 4pm na yun tapos kinabukasan na medical ko, kailangan magbayad muna sa BDO bago medical. kaya di nko hinanapan ng requirement noon kc mag coclose na yong bank at ako nman kailangan na kinabukasan yong BDO receipt.

- required ang embassy letter sa embassy, nong medical ko ako lang ang walang embassy letter. appointment lang dala ko, buti pinapasok ako ng guard at accept din nong unang submision ng forms. Medyo makulet lang din kc ako... try lang ako ng try, so far nag work nman lahat positively yong pagiging makulet ko.. katulad ng pag tawag sa NVC office at embassy...hahaha!
