  • I am glad that I am chinese!!

  • There is no corruption in the west. Lol what a joke.

  • America could dominate the world in the 21st century if it's leaders would grow a few brain cells and some testicles. The only "for sure" about china is that they will be the biggest consumer economy in the next hundred years. Consumers do not equate to military might or power. In fact, america has proven that consumerism fails in the end, and when china does that there will be an apocalyptic war for sure.

  • china has slave labor on its side

  • what a joke, no more white power lol

  • Just feeding China requires a massive agricultural industry – now with foreign produce entering the market and the need for China to export food in order to stay competitive, the only result can be a further drain on an already tired and broken environment.

  • 2012 onwards is going to be the AXIAL age. it is an axial age. find out your self what is axial age and what major country involved to it before. coz it is just the other cycle of AXIAL AGE.

  • @sharkcrocodile: Do you mean to say that there will be an axial age? :o

  • Before you can teach your children Chinese, you have to do one other step on the critical path. Learn it yourself. Most people watching this video cannot afford a live in governess, but they can afford to learn Mandarin as plenty of tools are free on filesharing and on websites. Ways of learning languages much more effectively are discussed on the free book many youtubers put together on the syzygycc channel.

  • China DOES have economic freedoms. And when you honor private property and free trade, you pave a path whether you like it or not toward civil liberties in the future.

  • communists coming lol

  • How about screw China and God save America and any other country that WANTS freedom. And God have mercy on the globalists souls!!!

  • Portugese might be a dash better (Brazil) a little closer to the US than China

  • most Chinese citizens now hate Chinese gov. coz it is so corrupted now

  • Bowtie FTW!!

  • how many days?yes this will fuck out the family values, the most people work the less strong the family stay,u all need to work 3 days,12 hou,40 hours pay, thatway u have time for u family for u kids, for u personal bussiness and for rest, thisway u work n produce better n u stay more healthy, this man is telling bull he dont said the chinese need to work so much to survive like in america,in america u get pay $60 a day, china $1,is why,THEY NEED TO WORK THEIR ASSES.lol

  • @asmetuyasiempre go back to school and learn the ECON101 before making comment like this.

if RBM/US decrease 50%, then you would said:"in america u get pay $60 a day, china ONLY 50 cents." i tell u what, in that circumstance, you wouldnt even get a job.

  • how many days, lol, yes this will fuck out the family values, the most people work the less strong the family stay., u all need to work 3 days,12 hours, 40 hours pay., that way u have time for u family for u kids, for u personal bussiness and for rest., this way u work beter u produce better n u stay more healthy, this man is telling bull, he dont said the chinese need to work so much to survive like in america, in america u get pay $60 a day, china $1 ,is why,THEY NEED TO WORK THEIR ASSES.lol

  • Here's the problem with America: Americans are lazy and far too laid back.

Asians work harder, longer and do not whine, except when they are not given enough work.

The saving rate in Asia is 50%+

90% of Americans buy cars with credit.

90% of Asians buy car with straight out cash.

The Giant is waking up, whether you like it or not.

  • @joechien0218

Its not that we are lazy however we expect and maintain a certain standard of living. We will not overwork ourselves and receive minimal pay for the good of the country, we expect something in return.

It is the fundamental difference between us however this is changing as people in China are starting to get a taste of capitalism and will expect more personal gain and increased living standards.

  • @joechien0218

This is already an issue for China as you can see an ever increasing amount of striking workers who are refusing to accept poor wages and minimal rights. This will undoubtabley continue and become a major problem for China as their strength is based on sourcing cheap labor to manufacture products at minimal cost. Once you lose this advantage there will be no reason left for outside countries to use Chinese manufacturing and they will move on to another country.

  • @joechien0218 They are also over worked. And they are much smarter than Americans in every field, which makes America look pathetic.

  • The dragon rises as the eagle falls. As an American, I am deeply saddened by this but I cannot deny the truth any longer. One thing that has bothered me is that I believe that TRADITIONAL Chinese characters is the true way to go, not simplified. Traditional characters look much more sophisticated and classy. I personally wouldn't mind spending an extra year or two just to be able to write traditional instead of simplified.

  • & the sleeping giant awake's...

  • Chinese is too hard to learn, I doubt it will become a world language.

  • These are the politically liberal slave owners of China.

    This speaker is worthless.

  • @Constitution2012

China will be democratic country in 2020 because of chinese middle class.

It is not what US made to Europe. China GDP is 3rd largest in the world now. China surpass USA in 2025 in GDP. China foreign Reserve has 2 Trillion. US has debt 1 Trillion now. You should think twice again. China car market surpass USA now.

  • Chinese people in China have gained little to nothing even though they have an economic boom.

Its their dictator and government that gain in any economic boom...and the people of china remain to be treated as dogs.

Fuck China and Anyone that supports Communism.

    USA all the way.

China is Worthless without the Corrupt corporations that take advantage of communism and neglect The Free Country.

End the Fed, end dual citizenship, end overseas employment.

    Increase Trade.

  • Been to China Constitution2012? You certainly speak with a lot of certainty.

The fact is you are confusing personal freedom and political freedom.

The Chinese are not politically free but they have way more persoanl freedom than America. They don't have taxes that control how you live (how many kids, when you should retire, where you should live), they don't have the ridiculous 21 drinking age, and their money isn't going to rewarding Bankers for their mistakes

    enjoy watching America slide

  • @PrometheanRunGood

  • @andyhwang2009 You equate wealth and better living conditions automatically with democracy. The two have no corollary and your stats about GDP is wonky.

I really want you to remember this day 8 years from now and realize that I told you so.

  • @Constitution2012

china will be democratic country in 2020 because of chinese middle class.

  • @Constitution2012 fuck you, asshole

  • Well Jesus Christ Jim, I'm sold. Let's all bow down to a country who couldn't care less about anybody but themselves. By the way Jim, it's tough to take over the world when you have no fucking allies.

  • I'm learning Chinese next year, I can't wait!

  • another greedy person - encouraging more greed- lovely.

  • As Gorden Gekko says : "Greed is good. Greed is legal now."

  • I judge a country by its culture. Look at Japanese restaurants and the way the food is served. When I hear about the bribes that my businessmen in China are forced to pay, it turns me off... I say it is the era of Japan. Find me better R&D. Only Sweden, US, Britain, Germany and France come close

  • Sun, there is plenty of corruption and bribery in Japan. Singapore and Hong Kong are more "clean" than Japan and the US, and those people in Singapore and HK are Chinese. Broaden your perspective.

  • Thanks for broadening my perspective, that is how we help one another get a bigger picture. The truth is the Intelligent Nature seeks to and expresses itself identically through which ever human channel gives it the opportunity, so the whole idea of dividing people into one or another artificially created cultures/nationalities is always liable to run into inaccuracies in interpretation of the underlying truth of human true nature and mental and emotional dynamics...

  • What? Chinese corruption is so because the way the system was built, there are a lot of intersecting bureaucracies and departments, leaving it open to corruption, it doesn't have to do with the culture.

  • Well yes, the impact of 2 world wars shouldn't be ignored when it came to those other established countries as i have noted. The USA was ahead of even GB by the 1920s. But back to the point, the US had a young, diverse and expanding population; vast agricultural lands and resources; political and legal stability; and rivals that imploded and remained generally weak in political terms which ensured its rise. China isin't blessed with this, though it will be a dominant power this century.

  • That's not entirely true and simplistic. The USA was one of the contenders at the turn of the 19th century against Great Britain but it wasn't certain that they were the top. Germany and Japan were also industrial powerhouses then, and even in the 1970s-2000s they remain more so than the USA. The USA only really rose up because it was isolated from WW2 conflict and destruction of infrastructure; low casaulties; it financed and produced for the allies and later the defeated powers.

  • I think Jim is a little bit overly optimistic. China in the coming decades will undoubtably become a global power, but whether it's going to be the chinese century can still be debated. Remember the 1960s when people called the 20th century the soviet's?

Jim mentions one major obstacle to Chiba's ascendency as a dominant economic power. But what about the unfavourable demographic trends to brith policy (rapid aging), structural imbalances in its economy, an ineffective judiciary etc.

  • What do you think about Israel's future?

  • Well, I am not an expert in the middle east. However, from an economical stand point I can make a few rational assumptions. Due to it's rather complicated relations with its Arab neighbours I can only imagine it's military expenditure to remain at a high rate, draining valuable resources away from other sectors of the economy, thus hindering its future econommic potential. And I don't see the situation improving in the near future.

  • I also wonder how the changing demographics in Israel would affect the country. With the Arab population rising at a higher pace than Jewish population, I can only imagine there will be friction and substanial impact on domestic politics, especially if it's foreign policy doesn't somehow diffuses the antagonism in the region.

  • No word on Chinese currency manipulation, protectionism (which is what helped the US become a power), environmental degradation, country-wide corruption in China. NO Not a word. But apparently some people just go where the power is. What a good American.

  • For everyone of those "points" you mentioned, I can name three regarding the United States of America.

No country is perfect and if you just want to name the negatives, I bet a whole lot more people want to play that game with the USA. The US is the most hated country in the world for a reason.

  • @Elbottoo What do you mean "game?" Why don't you ask yourself if what I was saying is true. The prevailing view on this video is one of inevitability, but it's not a force of nature. China rose because we handed over the keys to the kingdom, invested in her, and conspired with her. We keep our dollar "strong" etc No magic there. Plus, despite a world-wide slow down China is still booming? There's clearly something fishy going on. And yes, the corruption in China is an issue.

  • Nah, the US, UK, and Canada have spilt blood all over Europe liberating many countries. This is something that will never be forgotten and NATO will always remain as the strongest alliance in history.

What the hell has China ever done for any country in the past 60 years? Can you name even one sacrifice made? While we may do business with them we will never trust them, just look at the way they treat their own people for Christ's sake.

  • @Hannibal1216 It is not what US made to Europe. China GDP is 3rd largest in the world now. China surpass USA in 2025 in GDP. China foreign Reserve has 2 Trillion. US has debt 1 Trillion now. You should think twice again.

  • It seems that Jim Rogers has been banned on US TV.

  • I don't think Deng Xiaoping is an economist reformist, he's more like a mafia's godfather. This guy is smart but should we give up and run?

  • We borrow billions from China and send it to Saudi Arabia for oil and then burn it in our SUV's.

Four men on an Island 3 asians and one American. The first asian goes huntin the second goes fishing and the third plants a garden. At the end of the day they bring back the food to the American and he eats a feats and gives crumbs to the Asians. Then he says gee you guys are lucky I am here or you would not have jobs.

  • US bank notes will be toilet papers within 10 years.

  • Amazing!

  • China's not going nowhere. Soon the greedy American corporations that sold us out will realize they can't make money by taking from one country and giving to another. Now all they've got is a bunch of broke Americans that can't even afford to buy their cheep Chinese products anymore. It amazing how our moron leaders push to send our jobs overseas then cry every state in the country is broke. Now they're raising taxes on everything to cover the debt. They're going to bleed us and this country dry

  • This man knows China history in last 2 decades very well. he is telling the truth

  • @ley9868

    right. he said the truth.

  • that bow tie looks so gay...

  • Is Germany a good place to move to?

  • tell me if this isn't irony guys... my mom moves to america so i could have a better life... i might have to move back to asia so my kids could have a better life. my mom never wanted to leave asia because she grew up there and i would never want to leave the usa. what a crazy world huh.

  • so is Jim Rogers a supporter of NWO?? If he is how so?

  • he is a capitalist to the core. he is a supporter of free market. he does not care one way or the other about NWO. he does not care about politic that much.

  • you talk the same shit all the time

it's easy to guess what you are going to say the next time, so don't bother posting it, we will just replay this video tomorrow with the same effect...

what I really mean is GET LOST!

  • How about Hindi?

  • another billionaire parasite more than willing to invest in slave labor anywhere in the world. Ain't it grand? The neo-feudal totalitarian debt slave police state! Jim Rogers loves slavery wherever he can find it.

The wonderful chinese! Willing to work for next to nothing so the central bankers, the multinational corporations and boot-licking vampires like rogers who "follow the money" can extract the wealth

of a nation and move on to the next slave economy victim.

  • Clearly you've never been to China

  • We heard this same crap in the 80's about Japan and speaking Japanesse. How'd that work out?? . This is sensationalism/hogwash. Get a clue people start producing!

  • Japan had around 100 million people living in moderately good conditions in 1960. Their economy boomed, and then bust in the nineties and again in '08. China, however, comprises something like a sixth of the world's population and an enormous land area. Most there live in poverty, and are poor by first world standards along the coast. As things stand, China is already hugely important in world commerce. Just imagine how big they'll be in 2030, when they'll have a burgeoning middle class.

  • he is absolutely right

  • test, sorry.

  • I dont think the language is as important as he makes out. But he has some good stuff to say. I wish he didn't were a bow tie - its looks bad

  • lol ...are you serious if you wear a skull and bones black t-shirt and you deliver me 4200% profit over the next 30 years...i don't care what you wear.

  • I play chopsticks on the piano, I speak Chinese whispers and I duck down to the 'chinese' after the pub closes on friday - how much more chinese do you want a man to get?

  • haha. right.

  • God I love JIM ROGERS! I just always go to financialtruth0.blogspot . com because they post all the latest videos there of JIM ROGERS, MARC FABER, PETER SCHIFF and RON PAUL! Thanks for uploading anyway!

  • um, the NWO makes humanity rich? which arm of propoganda do you represent?

  • Thank you for posting these videos!

  • Good advice. You should remember the Chinese were eating icecream and dressed in silk when the British were running around naked and painted blue!

  • does Cantonese count ?

  • not as widely spoken as mandarin but still useful

  • 你好 Jim Rogers, 我会讲普通话。

  • LOL. Truth Hurts. 19th Century British Empire, 20th Century US Empire, 21th Century China Empire. People forget that China was building Palaces when most of Europe where living in caves and huts. History comes full circle.

  • @formulaprimer The problems facing China are interconnected, solving one depends on the resolution of another. In order to understand this, consider that one of the major causes of all China's problems is also its oft-touted greatest asset: 1.3 billion people. Opportunities for gainful employment are scarce, even for highly qualified, highly motivated young Chinese. Most talented Chinese search for a placement with a foreign company in China or, better yet, abroad.

  • @formulaprimer As for the peasants, well, they dare not dream of good guangxi. Blood, sweat and tears for these fellows. Being at the bottom of the totem pole means shouldering the ridiculously heavy taxes that fund the trip abroad for the children of local leaders (or, in many cases, the lavish, debauched banquet to celebrate said trip.)

  • @formulaprimer the four major problems China faces in the future: rural poverty and unemployment, political corruption, environmental degradation and meeting WTO requirements.

  • @ozeangruen The WTO requirements can be excluded. Just simply withdraw lol

  • So you think you can make big money in the USA now?

    I don't think so.

I don't think Jim Rogers is a NWO specialist (We all know the NWO is evil). He is a hedge fund Manager who has made more money than most during the bad times witch we are dealing with today.

He is just talking about the Fundamentals.

That does not make him a "Sell ot and a traitor..."

  • invest in fundamentals like farming, manufacturing and mining where you actually produce something that people need and use.

financial investment is not fundamentals because you just shuffle money around. there is no actual production going on there.

  • Correct :)

  • get a life you pathetic piece of carp...you are a sellout bag of shit........

Rogers is a parasite, just like you.....but you will get your totalitarian world ......&you going to get squeezed or killed you fuckin moron

  • Well. As long as you against the NWO, that's fine with me.

  • every single one of these NWO pices of shit is a pychopath yet look at all the infighting facts are you are either for or against the NWO Rogers is tight with soros a Rothchild shill Rogers is now pumping China because China is the next move on the Chess board to take over from policing the world into a NWO from the USA

shit! you lowlifes here China murders rapes ,turtures , kills children ,monks yet Rogers never saiz anythng

    you will be next

  • well he's not lying. he probably knows about the NWO but would rather live where there's a future.

    but how is he lying?
