I realised no one replied this question here.

Anyway, first your iphone needs to be jailbroken. If yours is already jailbroken, the only thing left to do is to install "OpenSSH" from Cydia Store. Host would be ip address of your iphone connected to the network which can checked under Settings/Network/(click the blue round arrow to see into the ip address). Port is 22 by default. Username or ID is root. Password is alpine. Username and id are default for all Apple devices.

@321markas As the default password is as "default", it also means it's not secure to leave your OpenSSH open as hacker can hack if you're unlucky to meet into one. You can try changing the password using Terminal in WinSCP (For instructions on that you can do a search on Youtube, it's pretty simple.) If you do not want to meddle with it, just remember to uninstall ur OpenSSH after each session. Hope this helped everyone.. Cheers! :)

Hey thanks for the tutorial, but I have an issue that I hope you can help with. I have installed an app through the ssh and now it is putting my phone into safe mode. I have figured out how to get it out of safe mode but now I can't figure out how to get that app off my phone. Ive tried deleting it from cydia in manager/packages and I tried the unarchiver in iFile. If you can help I would appreciate it thanks.

Strangely, after this, I receive an info box that reads:

I would like to add that before this, there was an info box that informed me it could not find the iPod Touch.
