Thanks for the post. Difficult to comment on a short clip. There is a PFO which I would look at in the Subcostal view to assess the shunt and size. I would look carefully at the perimembranous Ventricular septum in the short axis and subcostal views with colour to look for a PM VSD. This baby is also bound to have a PDA!!
To be honest, this was just a very short clip originally posted for testing purposes...
Unfortunately I do not have the complete investigation available any more. But I agree that a PFO seems to be there.
