Then I remembered this command only showed up after patapon 2.

@princedannel in the patata plains (first hunting area) you will see a tower thing. perform the sequince showed on the tower until the tower opens. inside is a compess looking thing. then go to the latest mission and you fight a boss or somthing and get the drum. i might be wrong(havent played for a long time) but i hope this helps. ;)

When you beat Gong, he drops either Gong's Scythe or Gong's Helm. Since you can only beat him once, the only way to get multiple scythes is through cheats.

Patapon 1

Pros: First of the series, great selection of warriors.

Cons:Easy to lose fever, hard to earn fever,random leving up warriors.

Patapon 2

Pros: More warriors, easier drum control, a hero patapon, more stages, evolution map, more jujus, and the patagate.

Cons: Reused plot from first one. Multiplayer not that much different from one player.

heres a good strategy: when the monster belly thing is backing up to do its long distance attack, to the chackachackapatapon to defend urself, and by the time it hits u you should already be starting up the charge attack, ponponchackchacka. the monster thing will lay down enough time for you two stricke twice, the first time with the charge and the second time with the attack, ponponpatapon. if you do that, the monster will be done in no time.

when gorl is about to grab one of my soldiers and tase it, i did the defense beat before it and he dropped my soldier lol. so you dont need to dodge or else you will risk a soldier, with receiving no cap. oh and atrix, if you don't know, i can tell it to you but.... it would be a spoiler :X

I had a real problem with "The Final Showdown" too, until I just fought a bunch of bosses to get great items to make Barsalas. I suggest making two Megapon Barsalas, and using some of the Mithril to create Divine weapons, or Magic alloys.

BTW, the ending is EPIC!

If your patapon don't have time to escape (1:28), you can use Chaka Chaka Pata Pon. When your patapon are defending, Gorl will catch one, but the patapon will slip from Gorl's hand, escaping from the thunder.
