HEY LISTEN UP!!!! go to search in start menu... write : r : you will see system restore or system backup... it will bring everything back too notmal but you wont have the things you had before!

@PavleCar1 actually system restore points are designed so that if you install a program and it causes problems you can restore toa point before the program was installed to irradicate the problem. you dont lose everything if you set up a restore point just before running the program. you will only lose the program, which if your restoring is causing problems and therefore doesnt matter

I have got Personalization Panel and it changes the wallpaper on Windows Classic theme setting as well as on Windows 7 basic setting. Both of these software's are made for Windows 7 Starter. @TheTaRzAaNs I wouldn't recommend changing the background like this. There's lot's of issues changing your background this way. However, should you want to run as administrator: right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator" then it'll probably say "Make changes?" and click yes.

You dont have to restore your system to make your desktop un-black. Just try to change your desktop picture and it will reset to the windows 7 background

@CRAzY101FaIZa Well you should have checked the video in the annotation which shows you how to make a restore point in windows 7. Now i think you'll still be able to make a restore point but it's not a recent one and if you have installed a program recently it will be deleted. Now if you still wanna restore it just move all of your files from drive C: and choose to restore just the drive C: . Remember to move all of your important files from it to the another drive(downloads, documents,pics,etc.
