The bigest basic difference between an rv camper and what is called a park model is that the rv camper has grey water and black water tanks where the park models do not. You must have a a sewage connection or you can not go to the bath room. As you said they are not for frequent travel up and down the road unless you stop at a campground every night and hock up the plumbing. Park models usually do not have a/c or even heat built into them. You must install a house type HVAC or such. Not all!
