i know what cps is like,my child is on registar for neglect,(anon calls)which i would find hilarious if it wasn't so serious.Luckily the social worker i have now is telling the truth but the first one had just left uni, didn't know any children and made up so many things to make me look bad, if my name wasn't on the report,i wouldn't recognise myself. my daughter (who was 5 yrs old at the time) broke her elbow on a door jamb by accident. when i took her to pontefract A and E, the doctor accused me of child abuse. he was quite nasty about it and i took great offence at this as i have always been a good mum. i put in a complaint about his attitude and i got an apology, but it frightens me to think how a false accusation could have had disastrous results. both my daughters are 13 and 15 now and are both happy and healthy.hope all goes well for u

my own kids put in foster care even though I went to trial to get them back ( I had no rights as social services was always right until I searched out my social service biotch on the net) went to homes where they pierced themselves, had little food and escaped for 6 months....aka runaway. how can the accident letter state they were in a car crash, but then state the child received no injuries, but states medical attention was given at the scene. This letter continuously contradicts itself sentence after sentence. It makes no sense whats so ever. At the end the babble about a NDE experience but do not elaborate on who what where. What ever "professional" wrote this report has no clue what they are doing. Was this a offical court document?

we have audio recordings of a cafcass officer saying we are good enough parents but the local authority has a vendetta because we didnt lie down and take it our social worker was 24 yrs old we have 12 children between us ages from 25 yrs old down to 4 yrs old the have no convictions no adictions two have there own buisnesses we have 4 grandchildren and have never had family services in our lifes before

@waynebarrett12 they state the "child has a history of opening car doors on the freeway" then they should have clearly engaged the safety lock on the back doors. They just admit they knew this was a issue.But then did nothing to prevent it.And if they want to claim the car did not have that feature, you put the child in a car seat in the middle back and have a passenger in the back to tend to him. Really? they judge your parenting but then use clearly negligent behavior?

From what I have been presented here, I think they could have returned the children to Mom, and if they were so worried they could have done least evasive measures like parenting classes and weekly monitoring by social services. Adoption seems very extreme in this case.

you get a legal aid solicitor but usually they work with the familly services that take the children i am just in process of applying for proffesssional negligence against mine

this is exactly what happened to me, between 1998 and 2005. its state sponsored kidnapping. get the media involved as much as you can, tv, documentary programmes, local support groups. fnf.org, fathers4justice, anyone and everyone. i did and 6 years later everythings ok and they've gone away and the director of social services gave an apology on the 6 o'clock news and ordered to write a letter of apology to the family, and was on the front pages of the press locally 6 times
