Thanks for the video! The stickers are insane, i'm just trying to put a sticker on my shield, not forge a freaking katana. Wish Bandai and Tamiya would join together and make models together. Again thanks for the video!
@tranceotaku Do you know that Christianity is correct? The world around us reveals that G-d DOES exist, and the historical evidence reveals that Jesus Christ really did come to this earth and there is overwhelming evidence that Jesus Christ really did physically rise from the dead. Jesus is coming again and the signs of the end times that were foretold in the Bible are coming to pass.
They wont come off unless you deliberately pick at it. Try and imagine it being a temporary tattoo just minus the water. If you dont touch it it wont come off, but once you start picking at it. it'll start flaking off.
@sushicake Hi there bro ! Im new to Gunpla and just learing a few tricks ^^ ! Just one question u metioned above statement about "Clear coat", Wht did u mean by tht bro O_O ! I didn't quite get tht ! Did ya mean just One layer/coat of paint ? If yes , then which paint ur talking about ? Plz reply ^^"!
Hello sushi cake, i had this question since i had a gundam kit, they come with decals, i really want to know which is dry or water transfer decals, and how to put them on your kit, coz its really confusing. Can you shed some light on this please i really need to know. Tnx a lot.
thanks a lot for dry decal transfer.. i have question about the decal on light green paper which found beside the half transparent decal... tat green paper decal apply wit the same procedure as dry decal transfer ?
I have a question about gundam model decals. I heard after applying them they can easily come off if you get them wet or if you have sweaty hands you will accidently rub them off. Is this true?
Yeah as long as it sticks, I only use masking tape cause it protects my paint job underneath. But if you dont bother painting them then scotch tape is fine.

Clear coat is literally clear paint. You do it in the end to give the model either a glossy look or a dull matte look.

can anything to prevent the decal come off
?

Dry transfer decals are meant for paint applications so if you dont want them to come off I suggest a clear coat.

The newer gundam kits are starting to come out with water transfers the easiest way to differentiate them would be.
Green = Sticker
Yellow = Dry Transfer
Blue = Water Transfer

It takes a bit of work to remove them but yes. But the dry decals are meant to be underneath a clear coat of paint, not on bare plastic.
