Wow, I remember her on Kotter, but did not realize all the other parts of her life. I guess losing her fiance on 9/11 took a major toll on her. Very strange how she lapsed into a coma,  woke up and then died a few days later while taking a nap. The fact that doctors were never able to determine exact cause of death, tells you just how precious and fragile life can be. Very tragic and sad . RIP !! Clearly she had a great sense of humor , from watching this classic clip.

Debralee often appeared on "Match Game" without a bra on. I loved the women who went braless on "Match Game" back in the '70s. "Match Game" was cool because they gave their celebrities alcoholic beverages backstage to make the more uninhibited so that they would say more outrageous stuff on camera.

Her fiance' died in the 9/11 attacks and she wound up drinking herself to death. Such a sad tragedy - she was a sweet lady and a funny actress. She was on ANGIE, an ABC sitcom from the 70s that introduced Doris Roberts as a meddlesome mother way before 'Raymond.' - the show was a rip-off of RH0DA but had some funny episodes.

But she's a 9/11 survivor, as are all families and friends of victims of the terror attacks on that day (her partner and fiance, New York police officer John Levi died in the line of duty in response to the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001). So she's a survivor in that way.
