@ProMajtas But it is not always a choice because in low income families (which is a lot of America and Canada nowadays) people can not afford filters or bottled water and there only option is to drink tap water sure if it was out of our tap water and the only way to get it was to go to the store and buy it for consumption than be my guest its your body its just not fair to force fluoride into us because the only way they think of us is as their garbage disposals.

Fluoride is the ion of Fluorine. Fluorine has 9 protons and 9 electrons- 7 of those electrons are valence electrons. If Fluorine in it's neutral state gains an electron to fill in that empty space it becomes an ion.

Well done Terry. One comment. The statement that you can avoid fluoridated water is NOT true. You might want to change the video. Even if you drink RO water (install home filtration) you would have to use that water to grow ALL your own food, use it for ALL beverages, never eat out, never visit anyone, and never travel. Foods made with fluoridated tap water cannot be avoided. Telling us to "install a home filtration unit" is unscientific, unethical & arrogant. Dr. H.Limeback

@hardylimeback For the record he says avoid fluoride when ever 'possible', perhaps if you would've the patience to watch the whole film then maybe you wouldn't made yourself look like an idiot. But there are fluoride filters available out there. Also distilling the water removes the toxicity . Seems like you're the arrogant one Dr. Limeback and Canadian Awareness will keep telling the truth. Who's to say ur even a doctor, ur a shill that wants fluoride in the water. (my suspicions)
