Didn't even bother to file a police report because he didn't know who vandalized his vehicle. You right because even if you did know who did it and told the police they still couldn't solve the crime.
I think there should be a driver and a conductor.....so that person could be at the back of the bus..not only for monitoring what goes on at the back as well as protection during the night time
