Just goes to show you, you can never tell a book by it's cover. The defendant you would never guess was Hispanic, and the Plaintiff, looks sane, but he is nutty and a little dangerous. (perhaps he needs more sex in his life, IDK)

lol $90 law suit. if this was a real lawsuit where hotel stay and transportation was not paid for by the court, he would have saved money by staying home or working..

Yup, that's my thinking, too. She wasn't trying to cover anything up or make herself look good. She told the truth simply because that is the right thing to do.
