When you eat a lot, it doesn't make you fat if you are very physically active. It's when you sit and lie down a lot and eat a lot that you get fat. If you're fat, don't worry, you can eat as much and not be fat if you exercise more. Make sure you eat a balanced diet though, pleny of vegetables :D
