@dallasjeepmaster The Sahara and Rubicon models should be the ones that got the Dana 44's as standard. I think it was optional for the sport, but like a special order type of option.

According to Google,Deer Hunter's monthly,and Jeeps are us....great source...1985-1987 had MORE deer straped on the hoods of jeeps than any other.They also produced more RUST because of the deer blood . The are reliable, tend to be cheap, can go off-road for certain situation, fixing parts on the vehicle is cheap, and I have yet to see a deer strapped to the hood.
Obviously, there are strengths and weaknesses to the Jeep Wrangler, as any vehicle. It just depends what you want.
