  • I've had UC since 5. I'm 29 now. I have somehow learned to control it within 3-6 weeks. Eat bland easy to digest foods. Green Bananas. 1 Probiotic pill with each meal (5 meals). Buttermilk (Prebiotic). Lots of yogurt. Juice 3 carrots, 2 celery, lots of spinach, and a little cabbage. Lots of rest, deep breathing & easy stomach stretches. Make juicing a part of your lifestyle. See your Specialist and get screened. Take care.

  • Please let me know how the Rimicade works for you. Thank you for your comments and support of this endeavor.

  • I have ulcerative colitis, as well. I had my colonoscopy in March of 2006 which confirmed UC. Initially I had a flexibile sigmoid endoscopy in October 2005, when the first specialist I saw suspected Crohn's. Thanks for sharing the video. I hope Remicade will be the answer I've been looking for! My UC has been moderately to severely active for the majority of two years, now.

  • Hi Tim: I want to sincerely thank you for being the driving force behind my colorectal exam. (I am very fortunate and had excellent results on my screening today, no polyps). If it were not for you sharing your experiences and stressing the importance of screening I would have just kept on putting it off, and off, and off. Let us ALL spread the word that this routine exam really can, and does, save Lives...(It also provides you with a Peace of Mind).

Thank you so much. Craig -- Long Island, NY

  • As I speak I'm losing a friend in her early 30's with two small children to Colon Cancer; it's a real sad day for me. Thanks Tim for helping to save other lives by getting the word out. Excellent video David.

  • Because of Tim and his videos I am going to have my first routine screening on July 30th 2007. If all goes well I will have my second screening on July 30th 2017. As Tim so well put it: Don't die of embarrassment. Nice Video David!

  • David,Thank you so much for this profound perspective on the deepest darkest places of our being where fear hides...our colon. I love you. God bless. You're contribution to my 'cause' is a wonderful gift. Tim
