Screw juicing, fiber is good for you and no one uses the pulp! Just drink Vitamin Water or like brands and eat real fruit/vegetables, you wusses, jk, best diet in the world is the one that comes with the Iron Gym (seen on TV), I should get paid for this...

This is what I do with the fiber part of the veggies. You make cakes, cookies, oatmeal bars. To break the fiber down further to make it finer for such recipes, you can use a food processor. Then you can add it to any recipe. I like to make pancakes. More of us use the pulp part than you know. And you are right, some just dont eat fiber or for tha matter veggies and fruits peroid . (Then they wonder why they are hungry all day long) LOL

Yes, but that is what your teeth are for, to chew fruit and vegetables. I get juicing if you are sick or just had your wisdom teeth pulled or a baby or an old person or anorexic, but for normal adults I would advise just eating the food. Even eat raw turnips and potatoes and ginger and radish are good, cause the texture is good for your teeth, especially if it still has a little dirt on it. If it makes you feel good you can juice

America is so hung up on microwave food ( you know, gimmie now food) it so high in fat and then you hungry in like 3 hours. Id rather have veggies all day and feel (lighter everywhere) and mabe a little hungry, HAHA than feel so full, I can't get my fat butt to the car. I know what you mean! LOL

He has the "clay" made onto pellets, and sells them as a supplement Most of what is in the clay iis minerals and vitamins that the body easily absorbs, better than manufactured kind, (go figure) Most natural minerals are better for you.
