as someone who grew up skateboarding and is fortunate enough to still be able to do it, i can say that skateboarding has lost something, its not how it used to be, the attitude, the "you can be yourself" vibe is all missing and now its all about whos the best not having fun like it was in the dying to live days. this song allows me to return to those days and pretend its still all good.

@sakarilind - hmm, it is impossible to have a translation because it is vague, full of imagery and phrases but no real coherence. It's a great song, I feel it in my gut and like it.

This is the last song of the last Archers of Loaf record. And it is different than most of their stuff. So to me this is Eric Bachman saying "so long, farewell Archers. I am off on a new path, more cerebral, and sparse, and hard to grasp lyrics."
