So what keeps a criminal from keying in 1-2-3-4 ADD Code and then use the new code to get inside. It seems as though you only have to use the admin key code to circumvent the security. If I'm wrong please let me know.
@Topwatch98 The admin code "1234" is simply an example in the video - you'll be provided with your own, personal code when you buy a lock set. You can also easily change it from the factory setting so that it will be a number you can easily remember!
@DrLuciferz We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our Simplicikey product. Our promise is that the product should fit MOST standard deadbolts and doors, and typically it does. We're sorry that wasn't the case in your situation, as that is a rare occurrence.
Were you able to get in touch with customer support?
Thanks, and again, we are sorry to hear the product did not work out for you.
@hahahaclunk Hi, thanks for your question. The instructional video for how to program the key fobs is located on our website. Links won't show up here in the comments, but you can link to the site from our YouTube channel.
From the homepage, look under "Product Demo" and select "Instructional Video" -- you will find a number of helpful videos there, including one to program the fobs and also one for the keypads. Let us know if you have any trouble.
