If PS3 ever gets Kingdom Hearts than so will 360 SE and Kojima with Kojima with Metal Gear have stated that its the way to go in order to rach more players. There is money involved here you would be insane not to go multi. All the PS3 exclusives I am not really into and wont be playing any of them so no big loss. Exclusives dont make the better console now.

@bigben1731 360 has FF11 online and will get 14 also SE stated theat its 100% sure they will get it on 360 its just they are trying to get a good deal with Microsoft since they use there owne servers with Live. If Microsoft has to pay $ again to get FF versus they will since they know the hype behind it but I can asure you its not just MS thinking of the money its also SE. Versus will get ported and that is a good thing not a bad thing.

@jason854656 yes there is games in full 1080p but not a lot nowadays they are all 720 or 720 upscaled which means less than 720 but stretched to 720 like ff13 on xbox and the reason being is because xbox and ps3 are getting old and they lack the memory to run games at their highest potential so some adjustments have to be made, call of duty runs at less than 720p because its 60fps unlike ff13 which is 30fps n thats why call of duty has un impressive graphics does that answer your question :)
It really doesn't matter when it comes to graphics. But the Ps3 is using just one disc to play the entire game where as the 360 needs 3. Now that tells me somthing....
Personally I like the camera movement on the PS3 better. The way it moves on 360 just bugs me. Outside of that there really isn't much difference at all. As someone else said, very fine details are different, but you have to be really searching for flaws to see them. I personally prefer the PS3, but over all both systems are great. I wish people would just shut up about it and play their games in peace =_=
I use a PS3 and it's hard to really tell the difference unless you're really looking. Didn't see much, but there were very slight differences in color and the grass looks a little better on the PS3 when she's running around. And the stuff in the background at 1:53 is a little less clear on the 360. Again, very slight differences.
Pretty much the only significant difference that I could notice was in the rendering of things like grass and hair (and in particular of Snow's facial hair). The 360 version does seem to have a slight bit of stutter in the Archlyte Steppe (the large sweeping field area). There seem to be some very slight color differences as well. The 360 could be handling shading slightly differently, resulting in the slight drop in sharpness and discoloration, but I dunno enough about its GPU to really say.
Well it is how the producers develop a game. Like this is better in ps3. I have noticed ( and i think it is obvius( that batman arkham asylum is better in xbox. So that's why i am not a fanboy. ( i personally have a ps3 and i am happy about it, i don't care about what xbox or even ps fanboys says)
Lol for me this vid is bs, I got a specially designed Microsoft 360 with Blu ray and 1080p hdd with custom hdmi cables. Looks much better on my 360 than on my normal standard built ps3
XBOX is a little bit fuzzier. But only that. A little bit. Either way, the game got so repetitive and the story line was dull, so I never finished it.
i didn't know how bad it was until i played it on xbox. I got the ps3 version day one and loved it (the FMV in 1080p goodness). The xbox version is still great, if you only own an xbox but no way in hell get it for xbox if you own both. I have to play the ps3 version after i play the xbox version just so i don't scratch my eyes out from the crap compression on the xbox
The problem with the 360 version is that it is in the resolution, which is 1024x576 as opposed to 1920x1080. That's basically 589,824 pixels compared to 2,073,600 pixels. Overall the PS3 has over 3.5 times more pixels. If you have a HDTV, this will be a significant loss of quality; the picture will look really stretched out, blurry, or jagged. Because this YouTube video is in 480, you cannot see this. If you are using a standard TV with 480p or less there is no difference.
I play on 360 and my brother on PS3, the ingame graphics look almost the same, but the rendered scenes look much better on PS3, they're not Full HD on 360. Plus the PS3 has the bonus of no disk change.

ps3 is better, though this is almost unseen by the untrained eye, structures of characters and objects are somewhat more stable, ps3 also has better shading, also lighting's hair on the xbox360 looks like its a bit blury and the ps3 version also has this kind of glow effect just like most of the mmo games have nowadays wich makes it look better, xbox360 is slightly blury compared to the ps3, though the story of the game is the same i find the PS systems more comfy for RPGs
Xbox is holding games back when they have to be on ps3 and xbox. That's why games like bbc2 could have had bigger maps and stuff but because the game would have to be on 3 disk. They make it smaller just so it will cut cost down on the shitbox

I think everyone should keep in mind that you're comparing 2 different image qualities, both higher than 480p, in a video that's limited to 480p. Other than some shadowing, I couldn't tell the difference between the two. I could convince myself that one's better than the other, but I'd just be lying to myself. Anyone who says they see "major differences" in this video should quit being such a fanboy.
I play it on a 360 with a 27-inch tv and I never noticed much. Is it too small? Well, lots of the videos on youtube are fake. They purposely make the 360 version look terrible. It showed huge macro blocking but I never saw it.
small tvs make games look better because you dont spread the pixils as much...overall though the ps3 version is better because the 360 version is a generic copy

The colors on the ps3 version look a little bit more vibrant to me. I own the 360 version, and there is not a huge difference unless you are looking for it.
@brunoblaze99 An article at Kotaku (.) com was posted about Square Enix hinting that it would like to bring FF13 Versus to 360. If you google it you might just find it. I say they are gonna go for it and I also say its possible if they put plenty of detail and design it will still look superb and on top of that SE makes more money so that means more Final Fantasy games.
xbox fan boys might thumb me down for this, but... the scene when lightning was running through Grand Pulse, i felt that the xbox dropped in frame rate compared to ps3. it was much slower and lagg-ier
@ShutokouR34 yeah, it has to due with square enix just rushing the port which is why the xbox 360 version slowdowns in certian areas. Also by using HDD install to xbox this removes some of the slowdown issues but not all.

i have seen this game on both consoles as my brother owns a ps3 and i own a 360.. yea the difference is slight but it took me 3 hours of looking to notice .. what i have noticed is that the ps3 does have some issues with framerate in congested battles/ areas such as the big area in grand pulse as the 360 uses 3 disks the data is spread out and runs alot smoother but hence slightly less graphics which isnt noticed unless you look for 3 hours my brother also agrees with me
Both Look similar to a point but PS3 has more shading to add to the realism effect and the light quality also looks more realistic on PS3 , i have both consoles and own this game for both , yeah i like final fantasy alot, still like people say you can only pick faults by looking close into the video which i done
Oh good a legit comparison... well obviously the PS3 is gonna have better graphics because it's... well I don't want to say why because some jackass is gonna tell me who's what, and I don't really care... I set my Xbox to 1080 and it still looks 720 compared to PS3... but Xbox is better for a shooter gaming experience and I do like both motion gimmicks for the systems. I like them both more than the Wii anyway. And to add insult to injury I don't really play video games.

Pretty much the only significant difference that I could notice was in the rendering of things like grass and hair (and in particular of Snow's facial hair). The 360 version does seem to have a slight bit of stutter in the Archlyte Steppe (the large sweeping field area). There seem to be some very slight color differences as well. The 360 could be handling shading slightly differently, resulting in the slight drop in sharpness and discoloration, but I dunno enough about its GPU to really say.

We can already conclude that the PS3's version has somewhat better graphics. Square enix pretty much made that clear , with the whole blu ray deal.
But, its all really similar. The changes shouldn't affect a person's desire to play the game.

Well it is how the producers develop a game. Like this is better in ps3. I have noticed ( and i think it is obvius( that batman arkham asylum is better in xbox. So that's why i am not a fanboy. ( i personally have a ps3 and i am happy about it, i don't care about what xbox or even ps fanboys says)

Lol for me this vid is bs, I got a specially designed Microsoft 360 with Blu ray and 1080p hdd with custom hdmi cables. Looks much better on my 360 than on my normal standard built ps3

XBOX is a little bit fuzzier. But only that. A little bit. Either way, the game got so repetitive and the story line was dull, so I never finished it.

i didn't know how bad it was until i played it on xbox. I got the ps3 version day one and loved it (the FMV in 1080p goodness). The xbox version is still great, if you only own an xbox but no way in hell get it for xbox if you own both. I have to play the ps3 version after i play the xbox version just so i don't scratch my eyes out from the crap compression on the xbox

The problem with the 360 version is that it is in the resolution, which is 1024x576 as opposed to 1920x1080. That's basically 589,824 pixels compared to 2,073,600 pixels. Overall the PS3 has over 3.5 times more pixels. If you have a HDTV, this will be a significant loss of quality; the picture will look really stretched out, blurry, or jagged. Because this YouTube video is in 480, you cannot see this. If you are using a standard TV with 480p or less there is no difference.

I play on 360 and my brother on PS3, the ingame graphics look almost the same, but the rendered scenes look much better on PS3, they're not Full HD on 360. Plus the PS3 has the bonus of no disk change.

ps3 is better, though this is almost unseen by the untrained eye, structures of characters and objects are somewhat more stable, ps3 also has better shading, also lighting's hair on the xbox360 looks like its a bit blury and the ps3 version also has this kind of glow effect just like most of the mmo games have nowadays wich makes it look better, xbox360 is slightly blury compared to the ps3, though the story of the game is the same i find the PS systems more comfy for RPGs

Xbox is holding games back when they have to be on ps3 and xbox. That's why games like bbc2 could have had bigger maps and stuff but because the game would have to be on 3 disk. They make it smaller just so it will cut cost down on the shitbox

I think everyone should keep in mind that you're comparing 2 different image qualities, both higher than 480p, in a video that's limited to 480p. Other than some shadowing, I couldn't tell the difference between the two. I could convince myself that one's better than the other, but I'd just be lying to myself. Anyone who says they see "major differences" in this video should quit being such a fanboy.

I play it on a 360 with a 27-inch tv and I never noticed much. Is it too small? Well, lots of the videos on youtube are fake. They purposely make the 360 version look terrible. It showed huge macro blocking but I never saw it.

I say they are gonna go for it and I also say its possible if they put plenty of detail and design it will still look superb and on top of that SE makes more money so that means more Final Fantasy games.

@ShutokouR34 yeah, it has to due with square enix just rushing the port which is why the xbox 360 version slowdowns in certian areas. Also by using HDD install to xbox this removes some of the slowdown issues but not all.

i have seen this game on both consoles as my brother owns a ps3 and i own a 360.. yea the difference is slight but it took me 3 hours of looking to notice .. what i have noticed is that the ps3 does have some issues with framerate in congested battles/ areas such as the big area in grand pulse as the 360 uses 3 disks the data is spread out and runs alot smoother but hence slightly less graphics which isnt noticed unless you look for 3 hours my brother also agrees with me

Oh good a legit comparison... well obviously the PS3 is gonna have better graphics because it's... well I don't want to say why because some jackass is gonna tell me who's what, and I don't really care... I set my Xbox to 1080 and it still looks 720 compared to PS3... but Xbox is better for a shooter gaming experience and I do like both motion gimmicks for the systems. I like them both more than the Wii anyway. And to add insult to injury I don't really play video games.

It's simple fact.. the reason why ppl say "ps3 is better" They say that becouse they don't want to feel like they wasted the money on a ps3 for nothing so they create an illusion that it's better to make themselfs feel better by saying to xbox owners their console is shit and ps3s is way better.. i had a ps3 and it crashed 4 times i only had it for 7 month then i sold it for a 360 elite been having it now 2 years and still works perfect with no problem even today.. just enjoy your games bye!

@xombl3 Last generation? xbox is 1 year older :p My first consol was ps3 i had it for 5 month and it crashed 4-5 times then i sold it for a xbox 360 elite i bought the same games much cheaper they have the same graphics etc and 1 year and 6 month later my xbox still works with no problem. but realy who cares? enjoy your console and nobody cares whichone is better its a fricking gaming console... Believe it or not there is stuff more important in life, take care :)
