i don't like blizzard, it does too little damage for a master spell. also for those wondering you get all dualcast spells from the college of winterhold after you get 90 in that particular spell school. you have to do a quest for certain people in the college to get them to sell the spells

@MrRhexx enchanting is a big part of OWNING in Skyrim :P i didnt do it till i saw my brother enchant gauntlets and boots to make his One-Handed do like 90% more damage= Imperial Sword--230 Damage :D

i have gear that makes bows and swords do like 80+ dmg each too with 45 in archery and one handed :D

Some spells cost insanely high amount of Magicka. With the most expensive being Fire Storm (almost 1426 magicka), so it's recommended you get all five perks (Novice/Appretince...) in all 5 schools, which halves the price (the Fire Storm spell should now cost 713 Magicka).

@mymcr03 You almost have to. Thing is, those 'Master' spells consume sooooo much mana that without the last perk in their respective spell trees it becomes almost impossible to cast them. But i am pretty sure that with just the right gear you might be able to pull off some without being 100.

To all!.. If you want some of these cool spell.. Get 100 in destruction, go to Winterhold college.. Ask Faralda what else you can learn.. She will give you a book, complete this quest and you shall have those powerful spells!!
