  • Great everything!!

  • amazing video

  • Uh oh, I'm playing Killer7. How do I raise my gun!?!

  • The guitar here sounds a bit like "The Rain Song" by Led Zeppelin. Both brilliant bands,in their own right.

  • Post Wave

  • 4 pol

  • The physics of this look like some dark version of g-mod

  • Michael Jackson resurrected the music industry and Thom Yorke shot it down.

Both are powerful musicians. This is like comparing apples with oranges.

  • @greenplastic69 hahahahahahahah cool

  • Its sad that when you search "go to sleep" the top video is eminem.

  • @st1nkyfire i fucking agree whole heartedly. would rather see goto sleep by ludacris before eminem... but obviously i wasnt looking for either ;)

  • @st1nkyfire Equally talented in a different field of music. :)

  • @THEnirvanafan im not much of a rap fan. but i respect the shit out of eminem.

  • haha! Why you guys are talking about Michael Jackson here? I mean, I love MJ with all my heart and I love Radiohead with all my heart, but it's so weird when you put them in the same sentence, WOW, did i smoke something today?

  • Great Protest SONG

  • This song has a great mood and great flow. watching this vid for the first time, i think it might be my favorite Radiohead video.

  • First album I bought from Radiohead, lol

  • It's a powerfull song :)

  • MJ was amazing great entertainer but Thom yorke/radiohead are far far better at maing beautiful art but i still Love and rate MJ

  • Radiohead simpley the best ever band, better than michael Jackson in my opinion. I would choose him over MJ any day if I had to choose between one of their concert.

  • this video is so cool

  • Its a shame that eminem's go to sleep comes 1st while this comes way down when you search for this song.

  • love the song. can't say i love the video.

  • yep . i have to agree with all the comments ive read .

radiohead is the best band ever and thom yorke ,,,,, simply ..... the best.

    8):)

  • Nada se siente real, mejor me voy a dormir.

  • Que pedazo de banda!

  • This video makes me think of a modern-day remake of the complete system restart in Reboot. :D

  • @RandomPainkiller (Thom would make a great Bob.)

  • Reminds me of Killer 7.

  • why are all those people just walking through the middle of the street like that?

  • Maybe i'm crazy, but let me tell you something about the voice of Thom: sounds a little bit like Kurt Cobain... don't you think?

  • @WELLER2002 ehhh i wouldnt say so much kurt combain

thom was originally very influenceed vocally by Johnny Rotten, but then I think he just became Thom Yorke. Not much else to it :)

  • @ReilyShade1 WELL.... I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE SOUND OF HIS VOICE IN THIS SONG, NOT HIS INFLUENCES, SOUNDS LIKE COBAIN TO ME HAHAHA!!!. ABRAZO AMIGO!!!

  • @WELLER2002 no, definitely

  • this is amazing. 10/4 seems to be their signature time signature :)

  • good idea, about half past two am :) and great song too ...

  • It is Russian poetry about damn capitalists.

  • @Akmaral100 Yeah, I don˙t understand this... :))

  • fuck ruppert murdock!!!

  • death and putrefaction on you

  • went to No.12 in the charts

  • we can see that they hail the thief, being the thief the idiot society that blind and binds everyone, suffocating the ones that try to be different!!!!!!!

  • I don't think soceity is so bad. I've never felt suffocated. sure people can be horrible, but people can be great too.

take the good with the bad.

all things considered, our soceity is pretty acceptant of people being different

  • @J0NNO

society is mostly band, but most of us aren't suicidal

  • 'mostly band'?

did you mean to say mostly bad, or mostly bland.

and I don't really get what point you're making?

  • @J0NNO

i meant bad. and bland too maybe. my point is that even when we're neck deep in shit, we wish to keep on living and enjoying life because of our genetic design.

  • band?wat do u mean?

  • Well, no offense, but isn't it ironic to say that society ain't that bad... I mean, after all, you do come from one of the most aggressive and bloodthirsty countries in the history of the world (UK).

If you think society is not so bad, believe me, you're probably in a minority.

  • I see your point...but we're not living in the crusades any more. but it works both ways, I always find it a bit pretentious when people talk about society putting them down and opressing them, when its a pretty liberal society and everyone can express themselves pretty freely.

yeah the UK has its flaws but its not that bad.

  • Well, UK maybe is pretty liberal and maybe celebrates differences, but my country for example isn't like that...

And I don't know... I don't think that the main problem of society is not allowing differences or anything such... I believe that the main problem is that today's society encourages robotic behavior, coldness, lack of emotion, shallowness, etc. And once again I didn't mean any disrespect earlier. I am, in fact, a big fan of UK. Just tried to say that people are often not nice.

  • ooo....goodness...i totally agree with you!!!

  • thom yorke is one of the greatest musicians ever, for me he goes way, way above michael jackson.

  • u don´t have to compare 2 musicians to say that some one is better or worse , if u really like music u just have to enjoy it , yorke its good , and jackson has a different talent so please son stop doin´that.

  • @lord2313

He IS the greatest misician ever.

  • @lord2313 thank you for having a mind of your own!!!!!!!!

  • @mike94pietrobon thank you.

  • @lord2313 I'm a little confused why anyone would put Thom Yorke and Michael Jackson in the same breath for comparison. I love them each on totally different planes, because they are different artists. They both have influenced the music world in different ways ... exponentially. I don't know, that's just me. :) I rarely comment, but I had to throw my pennies in the pile on this one.

  • @lord2313 and your comparing him to michael jackson because they are so similar right...

  • @lord2313 you're a fool to compare them. of course thom's better, he creates music on an entirely different level. not to mention he's a better singer and player.

  • @andrejshm

an impossible comparison i know but i commented when MJ had died and so he was again considered a "king" and stuff so i needed to lower him by making Thom Yorke occupy his rightful place as the best.

  • @lord2313 please, this account, Lord2313 has suffered a little bit of "i forgot the password and now i cannot enter" so please if you want to tell me anything report to this account, ok?

  • @lord2313 michael made something more distinguishable than thom. His theme was against racism and poverty in the world. Thom's theme is political and business corruption.

Out of the two themes, racism is much harder to combat, but both themes are indeed great.

  • @greenplastic69 Racism leads to acts of violence. Inner corruption leads to enslavement of the whole planet, with people serving a system that they hate but don't dare to change.

Corruption includes racism as a part of it, so in the greater picture Radiohead do fight against the same stuff as Jackson, but on a much greater scale. They sing for change of the whole, instead of some of our bad aspects.

Music-wise, I prefer Thom's work, although I'd listen to Michael a lot back in the day.

  • @KeratsiniHombre michael points out something we have control, ourselves. He provides solutions with a positive energy. Thom addresses the issue, like picking a wond with a stick. You acknowledge the problem, but you develop a callous...a light mellow feel, that becomes a drug.

(before i needed to listen to radiohead to feel better about myself.) hahah this might be irrelevant, sorry. what do you think about the energys?

  • @greenplastic69 Indeed, but pointing out the problem and getting to a state of awareness is what matters, to me at least. Each person has his/her own way to work around a problem.

You've got a point about the energy, but I can hardly recall what listening to Michael felt like, since I was too young back then, and lately his work has been tainted by all the negative hype, which also subtracts some of the magic. Hence, my opinion would be too subjective and rather hasty on this matter.

  • @lord2313 he does not cos he is not on the same list

  • @lord2313 there to diferent to compare..

  • Go to sleep is really right at the very top of all the best rock songs that Radiohead have ever done, many of which were on The Bends. Hail to the thief does have this quite folksy tone in places - it' s like all the interesting, but slightly cold, experiments on Kid A and Amnesiac have suddenly had meat put on them

  • @liamhansen55 worst song my brown arse u douchebag..

  • Is that the rose from the Dark Tower?

  • Reading that right now. On "The Waste Lands" So I cannot say.

As for Seeker..seriously, do some investigation.

  • love this song! never saw the video until just now.

  • radiohead will alway be there for me

  • acid trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • funky video

  • i cant grasp the meaning

  • the hwole album HTTT is political catching the feeling of turmoil in or world

  • im here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheMusicsSoul Ben?

  • anti-nwo theme?

  • why do you say that?

  • "we don't want the loonies takin over" and the destruction makes me think of the globalist loonies

  • i think its about the media and major corporation's control over us. i dont think it has anything to do that "new world order" conspiracy

  • Media and Major corps control is ALL about 'that new world order conspiracy'.

Stop watching the news and reading the paper and educate yourself.

  • no, its just about money. there isnt some elite group of select people who control this country but rather around 50,000 who rule america very expicitley. as long as money is given to the people at the top, it will happen.

stop believing in something just because its on the internet.

  • America? It is world wide. Bankers and the families associated with big corp. Rothschild, Rockefeller, JP Morgan.

Start believing stuff on the internet when it is credible.

  • Its not a Conspiracy.

  • Same thing dude.

  • Obviously. People walking around "asleep". Buildings destroyed and rebuilt around them and don't notice. "Got to Sleep" is a fitting name for the song.

The video is about the sheep walking around the pen (city)

The song is more about what's going on.

  • Best radiohead song, dont get me wrong they are all good but this is just perfect.

  • sweet vid... i love the CGI Thom

  • hands down favorite Radiohead song, I can listen to it on loop for hours, and often do.

fits a melencholy mood so well.

  • Radiohead IS a melancholy mood

  • Hey. EMI got a channel, so I can finally watch high-quality Radiohead vids!

  • Ya that's awesome.

  • cool CGI
