Its an image of a prisma showing a law of physics: at one side a ray of pure white light comes in and at the other side all colours of the rainbow come out.
If you reverse this principle and project it on the members of the Kinks you might find a metaphore for their reunion: at one side they all enter this Magic Prisma seperately as a different colour to come out at the other side reunited in this splendid White Light, sharp a a laser: The Kinks!!!
