Hey, I've played for awhile, and here are the areas where u can find parts and the likelihood:

Electric lounge: General: uncommon Blue+Green floor: likely red floor: uncommon

Volcano:  General:very uncommon Under volcano: if red almost guaranteed Ground floor: uncommon

Grasslands: Ground: Never Underground:100%

City(main area): Underground:Unlikely Above ground:very low

Wharf+Castle hall Outside: uncommon

oh, i wish fligh warpstar was avaiable on normal City trail, like Hydra and Dragon. It's peaces could for example be found in green boxes.

Flight Warpstar is exclusive to Free Run in City Trial. I think it's available from the start.

The areas I listed are the only places in which legendary parts can be found. Of those places the "100% zones" are of course the best.
