What a great video! Thanks for sharing this information it has really helped my girlfriend! Keep up the good work! She wants to post this video on her website here in the UK.
Check out my profile and find out how you can find cheaper prices for all hair and cosmetics.
@InspiringIAm well i could of only put it in a low ponytail or else all the tracks in the back would of been showing, and to make it fuller just add more tracks then i did
I searched for the INDIAN HAIR REPORT on google. I actually learned how to buy hair directly from Indian Manufactures directly. I suggest it for anybody who often purchases hair and wants to learn how to buy a rock bottom prices!
Hi!! If you need hair styles, I would like for you to check out my stylists, hair shows and videos. I do hair shows in Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta, etc. I have videos for sales only $10, and if you buy two you get one free. The videos basically gives ideas on how to do a certain style. The video is detailed and shows step by step how to do that certain style so that you could do these styles in your salon or for yourself
Oh and another suggestion if u want your closure to fall in the right place is to sew the first four or five tracks at the bottom horizontal (side to side) and then start sewing in a circle. I find that works out better for me as opposed to starting off sewing it all the way around your head in a circle because your closure will be in the back of your head instead of the top if you do it that way.
Also another comment i wanted to add was that i have had all types of hair with my natural hair, when i first came to England i had low cut hair like a guy, the i grew it a bit through my mum plaiting it then i permed it for a while, the decided to go natural and didnt perm it for a year then cut off the permed part off a year later and grew it natural for 5yrs, it grew alot and ppl called me makosi from BB but i corrected mine was natural but the pain of combing afro was tiring, i had to go bk!
OMG this has been quite helpful in many ways, i just recently learnt how to cornrow my hair with extensions & i have done it 3 times to my hair now in different styles, self thought as i was bored one day and decided to fiddle with lol, but now my next mission is to learn how to head weave my hair with both bonding glue and sewing technique and i have watched so many videos here showing it in practical but not explaining it detailed this has allowed me to get the theoretic side of it more thanx.

Well yes it is ones busines how they wear their hair. But your style is an expression of what you believe in and how you see yourself. When I see women with fake hair , what it says to me that the hair God gave me is'nt good enough, which then gives way to identity and self esteem problems which are usually rooted in fatherlessness..

i am so tired of this black women hate themselves because we get a weave or a perm; let me me explain something,it's not about hating ourselves,i wear weave to try different styles or to change the color without damaging my hair. i also get a perm because i want to and i don't have time to sit and press out my hair. not all black women wear perms because they are trying to have good hair. so shut the hell up and let people who want to wear perms and weaves wear them. its their head not yours.
i agree it doesn't mean that you hate you hair. I put my hair in braids to grow it out. It's the fastest way to grow my hair with minimal breakage. When it gets to the lenght that I want it, I will stop. Black women do it, white women do it. Asian women do it. so what.

If other women of other races had kinky tightly curly hair, would we as blk women go through everything we do with our hair (weaves, perms) which personally when I was dependent on them, was a pain in the rearend.
Wake up people. You can never truly love yourself, until you love everything about your self, including your kinky tightly curled hair. The hair growing out of your head, is the hair growing out of your head.
Just because you put weaves in your head doesn't mean that you hate your hair. My hair is natural, & I'll never put a perm in my head; however, I do put weaves in my head from time to time. Its not about hating my hair. Its about variety. Sometimes I get braids, sometimes weaves. Sometimes I get it straighten, or just put in a bun.
okonkwoobiageli...you asked" why should someone put anothers person hair on their head to feel beautiful?" well if im reading correctly, you mentioned you wear weave every once in awhile,so why do you wear it? try getting off your high horse and stop judging people because of what they choose to wear. if you want to go nappy then go nappy. yes i wear a weave and my natural hair when i choose too. and either way i feel beautiful and i am beautiful, your comment make you sound like youre ugly.
people put extensions in their hair to change up their look and make their hair longer. because you know what? last time i checked it could take months to grow out your real hair, so xtensions, make that growing time actually go faster!:D isnt that amazing!
so next time you try to sound all big and ATTEMPT to make a point, check your shit. because sometimes, you just sound like a fucking moron :] hope i helped your ignorance.
If you cannot accept the natural texture of your hair, than there is a problem. . Learn about the history behind black hair .. Black women were ridiculed by other races because of their hair texture. There are some racial overtones, to relaxing your hair and wearing a hair weave. It's almost like softening your ethnicity. I do understand why, we as blk women change our hair in an effort to assimilate, and be accepted by mainstream society.
I was just cruising YouTube and saw your video. Although you weren't able to show the process from beginning to end I found it very informative. I also wanted to say thank you and I hope you aren't discouraged from any of the cowardice remarks Ive seen posted. Keep looking good.
@BelivaOfChrist i know im late lol, a year late...but thank u girl i really appreciate it...ive finally found time to make more videos so look out for those :)
getting an attitude? aren't you the one with an attide right here? if she had an attitude she wouldn't tell what she does with her hair and she is open for questions if people dont understand stuff! i dont think that is an attitude!
very, very, very confusing....it was a god effort, but a first-timer will become very discouraged after watching this, there is no way someone could follow along
very boring, not very helpful, irritating actually, if you are going to show us something, please do not be lazy about it.Impossible for someone who never weave to understand your theory
the only why ohkococo whatever feels beautiful is with natural hair??? umm then why do you wear weaves sometimes...to feel ugly?? stupid just admit that it looks nice. Both ways.
i look good no matter what hair style I am rocking, I just prefer and feel more beautiful with my natural kinky nappy hair. I wear a weave every now and then to change up my look, but I do not feel dependent on it, or feel like I cannot leave my house, unless my hair is done. This shame perpetrated on blk women about their hair has got to stop. There comes a time, when a person should say, enough is enough.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
Black women, what we go thru with our hair. Is our natural hair really that bad, that we go thru this hell to get it to behave. What happened to the black power movement, when people were rocking their fros with pride. I guess society is to blame. If society didn't give preferential treatment to women with straight, wavy hair, tha we wouldn't put ourselves throught this hell. I wear weaves sometimes, and the only way I will truly feel beautiful is if I am wearing my natural hair.
Hun...no disrespect, but if you can't rock your hair ANY way and feel truly beautiful then you have some esteem issues...beauty doesn't come from hair, it comes from confidence. :-)
Nothing is wrong with that, you don't have to have a weave to be beautiful, I'm sure you're beautiful...but some people like to constantly change the way they look and processing and restyling one's natural hair can harm it. For example, this year alone I've had brown hair, red hair, and brown and blonde mixed, right now it's black. All the while my real hair was safe from any chemicals and too much heat. For me it isn't about being someone else, it's about changing my style constantly.
maximusmeridius..its a decsion for ppl to have their hair a certain way.. first off.. weave doesnt damage ur hair.. its the way yu put it in that damage ur hair.. [get ur facts straight] secondly ur right.. u dnt see many black women with hair down their back.. b/c some ppl like to have their hair covered up.. or their trying to grow it [ many, many reasons] but i think u to watch wat u say
Are y a hair expert or something? Weave can help grow your hair if done the proper way and managed. Just like any other hair. I work at the airport and i see white people & hispanic people with weaves, clip in tracks, and bonded hair all the time so what are you saying. Weave usnt just for black people. So think or study before you speak as if you know it all or have experienced it
not to rain on your parade but I got a short hair cut for my birthday a few years ago & hated it, so I wore sew ins for about 6 months and it helped grow my hair out faster. It keeps you from damaging your real hair with too much heat and chemicals & also breakage. So yep it helped alot. Just a lil fact, its fine if you don't know something just ask first.! :)
So when white people have weaves and hair extensions are they ashamed too? There are different types of weaves and textures so not all of them are dead straight. Also Asians and Native Americans have the naturally straightest hair not white people. Your ignorance is amusing though
Our hair is actually the most fragile on earth as far as tensile strength, and we really do need to protect it and nourish it in order to keep it healthy. That is why a full sew in weave is actually a very protective style to wear it in.
White women have been wearing weave for much longer than black women, and they wear more of it than we do. Half of those Hoolywood stars have fake hair. Its a personal preference, it has nothing to do with color. Having "natural" hair does not always mean having a kinky texture. As black women our hair comes in many shades and textures, and we should not be chastised because we choose to use our creativity to our advantage with our hair.
I cant believe that you would even say that. Obviously you have not walked in the shoes of an african american woman. We are versatile people..therefore we can choose what type of hairstyle we would like to wear...and to say that its like seeing a clown is a understatement because many white people or other races envy african americans because they are able to do these different things with their hair. Thats the beauty of being black...we are creative.
My hair is 100 % natural and pretty long. when I weave it's because I do not feel like picking out my bush twice daily and oiling my scalp. There is nothing wrong with changing up your luck. You can be Black, White, Asian w/e and wear a weave... just like you choose to wear bright eye shadows one day for example, it does not mean you are trying to change who you are or are "ashamed" of your heritage.
Thats a sad excuse I have dated black girls with natural hair in Italy and they have never stated it to be a problem, you no doubt are in denial I see from one of your favoutie video "hair weave styles" you're a fan of black grils with european hair even blonde in some cases as I said you may be fooling yourself but you're not fooling me or the the rest of the world
I hope one day you'll all wake up and stand proud of your natural hair
Denial is the most predictable of all human responses you're all not fooling me and the rest of the world for one minute. When I see a black girl with straight weave all I think is poor girl she so insecure and ashammed of her natural hair she chose to cover it up
Its like wearing a hat the funny thing is Asian and the west are making millions of dollars selling you the brainwashing concept
I hope one day you'll all wake up and stand proud of your natural hair
but it is not easy to go natural, once your hair has been relaxed and you want to go natural your hair will break, and i guess that your not a black woman , so you dont have the right to judge. mantaining the hair is the question
thats so f-in cheeky, how dare u pass judgement upon black women, u have no idea the time and effort we put into our hair, infact weaves canbe a way of mainting our hair, if we wore in an afro everyday it would break, u have no idea how fragilie afro hair is and how hard it is to maintain, every culture is given th chance to experiment with their hair threw dying or cuts or woteva, braids, weaves and perms are our way, so dont judge till u no
Many Black women are proud of their natural hair. But it's fun to experiment with other textures, and colors without having to suffer permanent change. Although Blacks do generate a lot of revenue for the sellers of these products, please be aware that Blacks are not the only buyers. And if Blacks did boycott these products, it would put a severe dent in the economy.
You assume that the black girl with straight hair has a weave, but why. I know quite a few black girls who have straight hair or naturally curly hair that they flat iron straight that gets down to their behinds. What you are doing here is overgeneralizing as if there aren't any black women out there with naturally long hair, that when you see a black women with long hair, it must be a weave. Please stop assuming, you know what they say about people who assume.
SweetTwanni7 was just commenting on a different comment that was talking about white girls and weaves. She was just stating that white girls get weaves just like black girls. If you are too slow to keep up with the conversation (and you are), then don't jump in and add your 2 cents.
FYI people we are not the only culture that wears weaves anymore. dont let them white folks fool you cuz they be rockin em too. So if you choose to wear a fro because you like it or if you want a weave because you like it thats okay too. To each his own so everyone take a deep one.
Makeup & hair extensions (including wigs) are a beautiful way to express yourself. Adorning ourselves so that we accentuate our beauty is wonderful- losing yourself in that creation is the problem.
its soooo funny how opressing whites have been to not only black ppl but damn near every race they have come in contact with and stole from and kept down...built a country where the only "acceptable" culture is the white one and dnt hire ppl who come in with afros and cornrows and then have the nerve to say were trying to be white!! naw boo we just getting in where we fit in because unfortunately America is so shallow something like hair will hold you back so get shit straight..

"iif white ppl were proud of their pale skiin they wouldnt tan and do all these things risking cancer "
Thats so true every white person wants darker skin it looks better so that being said its also true you black girls are ashamed of your natural hair and therefore go to all measures to hide
look how proud you are in your vid of your european hair
it's not european hair.....it's indian remy you idiot...and it's imitating biracial women's hair, not white. Are you blind?? can't you tell it is black hair and not blonde....now if you want to discuss some black women that are trying to look white, discuss beyonce and tyra and oohhh lil kim
LMBO! What about those of us who were born with naturally long hair. And YESSSS I'm black!!!!
And what about the white women who go get their lips plumped up with collagen? Or who are trying these days get that round booty and thick hips. Wonder where that inspiration came from?
People are always saying black women are in denial ,no one is! You make it seem like white women are the only people who have long hair, Hispanics, Asians, Indians, Africans, in every race people have long beautiful hair, they are not insecure because of the race that has the hair, they just want long hair period, hair doesn't have a race.
Wow lots of people wear them just so they can have diffrent styles without cutin gand runing there hair! And some people's hair need a break. why would black girls want to be white... Do you know how many white girls TAN just so the dont appear so pale!
I wear my natural hair almost all the time. occasionally i get it braided. This is the first time I'm considering getting a weave and I like having options.
In the winter I get the urge to cut my hair off because the best way to maintain my natural hair is to put in a leave in conditioner. My hair is wet, i get a head cold, etc.
applying a weave does no mean that the women is in denial. it a way to let you natural hair rest for the daily damage. and it gives a differnt look for a couple of weeks. hair is an accesory not a state of mind.
ppsshh please giirl get iit straiight..no one wants to be whiite..you guys cant do anything diiferent wiith your haiir...we have all the optiions and all the possiibilites..you are sayiinbg that iif we were proud of out hair we wouldnt hiide iit..we dont hiide iit we do diifernt thiings..iif white ppl were proud of their pale skiin they wouldnt tan and do all these things risking cancer
Its not about trolling its about the fact that I'm very disappointed that 90% of black girls don't want to show their natural beautiful hair and thats down to the perception that the media plays you that straight European hair is better and you girls fall for it every time its really a sad situation
more over WHITE WOMEN have stringy thin hair. the only white women who have decent hair is jewish women. african hair is the most delicate, contrary to believe, so alternative style like weaves are needed to portect the natural hair.
I find this video strange and on the grounds of denial if its variety you require than theres many different afro style you could do. the fact you have to put in a straight weave tells me your subliminaly effected by the white women you see whether you realise it or not after all you don't see white women wearing afros that must tell you something
Why are you even concerned with how WE do OUR hair??? White/Euro women do the SAME thing!!! Where do you think WE got it from? Variety is a part of life, and if a person wants VARIETY or CONVENIENCE in there life...the more power to them.... Please don't post INCORRECT facts...No before you GO!!!

are you fucking retarded?
people put extensions in their hair to change up their look and make their hair longer. because you know what? last time i checked it could take months to grow out your real hair, so xtensions, make that growing time actually go faster!:D isnt that amazing!
so next time you try to sound all big and ATTEMPT to make a point, check your shit. because sometimes, you just sound like a fucking moron :] hope i helped your ignorance.

I do understand why, we as blk women change our hair in an effort to assimilate, and be accepted by mainstream society.
okonkwoobiageli 2 years ago
So I don't want to come across as knocking anyone for wearing a weave. Hey whatever rocks your boat.
Have you ever asked yourself, WHY? Why do you wear a hair weave, why do you perm your hair?
Most black women, don't even KNOW what their natural hair looks like.

i look good no matter what hair style I am rocking, I just prefer and feel more beautiful with my natural kinky nappy hair. I wear a weave every now and then to change up my look, but I do not feel dependent on it, or feel like I cannot leave my house, unless my hair is done. This shame perpetrated on blk women about their hair has got to stop. There comes a time, when a person should say, enough is enough.

I wear weaves sometimes, and the only way I will truly feel beautiful is if I am wearing my natural hair.
okonkwoobiageli 2 years ago
Hun...no disrespect, but if you can't rock your hair ANY way and feel truly beautiful then you have some esteem issues...beauty doesn't come from hair, it comes from confidence. :-)

why should I have to put another women's hair on top of my head to feel beautiful?? what's wrong with what is naturally growing out of my head.
okonkwoobiageli 2 years ago
Nothing is wrong with that, you don't have to have a weave to be beautiful, I'm sure you're beautiful...but some people like to constantly change the way they look and processing and restyling one's natural hair can harm it. For example, this year alone I've had brown hair, red hair, and brown and blonde mixed, right now it's black. All the while my real hair was safe from any chemicals and too much heat. For me it isn't about being someone else, it's about changing my style constantly.

"What you are doing here is overgeneralizing as if there aren't any black women out there with naturally long hair,"
Oh really when I walking down the road I can count 9/10 black girls with weave so "overgeneralizing" I don't think so
"That is why a full sew in weave is actually a very protective style to wear it in. "
From my understanding weave destroys your hair
MaximusMeridius2 2 years ago
Are y a hair expert or something? Weave can help grow your hair if done the proper way and managed. Just like any other hair. I work at the airport and i see white people & hispanic people with weaves, clip in tracks, and bonded hair all the time so what are you saying. Weave usnt just for black people. So think or study before you speak as if you know it all or have experienced it
honb2178 2 years ago 7
not to rain on your parade but I got a short hair cut for my birthday a few years ago & hated it, so I wore sew ins for about 6 months and it helped grow my hair out faster. It keeps you from damaging your real hair with too much heat and chemicals & also breakage. So yep it helped alot. Just a lil fact, its fine if you don't know something just ask first.! :)

They're laughing at you because they know you're ashamed and insure about your hair
MaximusMeridius2 2 years ago
So when white people have weaves and hair extensions are they ashamed too? There are different types of weaves and textures so not all of them are dead straight. Also Asians and Native Americans have the naturally straightest hair not white people. Your ignorance is amusing though
honb2178 2 years ago 4
Our hair is actually the most fragile on earth as far as tensile strength, and we really do need to protect it and nourish it in order to keep it healthy. That is why a full sew in weave is actually a very protective style to wear it in.
justpassingthetime 2 years ago
White women have been wearing weave for much longer than black women, and they wear more of it than we do. Half of those Hoolywood stars have fake hair. Its a personal preference, it has nothing to do with color. Having "natural" hair does not always mean having a kinky texture. As black women our hair comes in many shades and textures, and we should not be chastised because we choose to use our creativity to our advantage with our hair.

"Although Blacks do generate a lot of revenue for the sellers of these products,"
Thats millions and millions of dollars going into the hands of asians and Jews because you been sold the European hair concept of beauty
When I see a black girl with weave its like seeing a clown trying to blend into a normal society as you know clowns really belongs in circus
I hope you get my point
stand proud of your natural hair because the world is laughing at you otherwise
MaximusMeridius2 2 years ago
I cant believe that you would even say that. Obviously you have not walked in the shoes of an african american woman. We are versatile people..therefore we can choose what type of hairstyle we would like to wear...and to say that its like seeing a clown is a understatement because many white people or other races envy african americans because they are able to do these different things with their hair. Thats the beauty of being black...we are creative.
so dont fault us on that!

MaximusMeridius2 3 years ago
Denial is the most predictable of all human responses you're all not fooling me and the rest of the world for one minute. When I see a black girl with straight weave all I think is poor girl she so insecure and ashammed of her natural hair she chose to cover it up
Its like wearing a hat the funny thing is Asian and the west are making millions of dollars selling you the brainwashing concept
I hope one day you'll all wake up and stand proud of your natural hair
MaximusMeridius2 3 years ago
but it is not easy to go natural, once your hair has been relaxed and you want to go natural your hair will break, and i guess that your not a black woman , so you dont have the right to judge. mantaining the hair is the question
LADSAR 3 years ago
thats so f-in cheeky, how dare u pass judgement upon black women, u have no idea the time and effort we put into our hair, infact weaves canbe a way of mainting our hair, if we wore in an afro everyday it would break, u have no idea how fragilie afro hair is and how hard it is to maintain, every culture is given th chance to experiment with their hair threw dying or cuts or woteva, braids, weaves and perms are our way, so dont judge till u no
MishKapeesh 3 years ago 2
Many Black women are proud of their natural hair. But it's fun to experiment with other textures, and colors without having to suffer permanent change. Although Blacks do generate a lot of revenue for the sellers of these products, please be aware that Blacks are not the only buyers. And if Blacks did boycott these products, it would put a severe dent in the economy.
izzatrite 2 years ago
You assume that the black girl with straight hair has a weave, but why. I know quite a few black girls who have straight hair or naturally curly hair that they flat iron straight that gets down to their behinds. What you are doing here is overgeneralizing as if there aren't any black women out there with naturally long hair, that when you see a black women with long hair, it must be a weave. Please stop assuming, you know what they say about people who assume.

Makeup & hair extensions (including wigs) are a beautiful way to express yourself. Adorning ourselves so that we accentuate our beauty is wonderful- losing yourself in that creation is the problem.

missrenaln 3 years ago 12
People are always saying black women are in denial ,no one is! You make it seem like white women are the only people who have long hair, Hispanics, Asians, Indians, Africans, in every race people have long beautiful hair, they are not insecure because of the race that has the hair, they just want long hair period, hair doesn't have a race.
