Mr. Robb, the E.U. freedom of services clause was unfortunately dropped in 2006 for the case of betting industries. A German mep, ms Gerhardt if I remember rightly, was involved. The method of approach to upsize the monopolies stranglehold needs a lot of changes and refinements. It is a consumer issue, not a freedom of market issue. Those two things (consumer rights and market freedom) are similar sounding concepts but not quite the same.
