  • Amazing to see this now aged video. Back in the 1980's this was the way, Now I have served with the F/A-18 E, F fighters, and now G or "Growler" set to replace the EA-6B Prowlers. I have served with them all and their jobs are extremely invaluable! HOORAH! to the USS John C. Stennis CVN-74 and CVW-9 OEF Nov. 2001-May 2002 -ABE2 (AW) "The Jackalope" USN

  • @BattleBornJackalope Today we dont have the F-16 on Wild Weasel misions?

  • Yes, the U.S. still has F-16s flying the Wild Weasel missions. I was an Avionics Specialist, on the F-16 when I was in the USAF. One of the Fighter Squadrons that I was a part of, were Wild Weasels and even had the letters"WW", on the tail. We could jam the hell out of any RADAR!

  • @nathanbelew Wow, great news, thanks for the info
