Yes I have also gone through BNP-Jamat terrorism news at web. And I agree that all criminals should be brought to justice. My suggestion towards BNP is accept the result (which is doubtful) break up with jamat, change bnp policy makers (Delwar and others), and help local bodies at UP level and prepare for next election. And suggestion to AL is breakup with JP and not defend AL leaders who are corrupted which BNP has done before.
