I thought it was just a topical ance gel cleanser or any acne program scam, but when I tried it myself, In just a short weeks, my skin looked clearer and healthier.. I love this video you are so pretty but I just wanted to note that there are no scientific research that says that water is directly linked to the look of your skin it is true that it is a healthy way to live by drinking water rather than soda but if your skin is dehydrated you need a moisturizer not water :)

I think you would be more successful as a guru if you showed us all these things. just a suggestion, but maybe you could explain to us all the steps that you do and at the very end show us a sped up version of you exfoliating, applying your salicylic acid and moisturizer, etc. you're one of my favorite gurus, it's just sometimes hard to listen to someone explain something for 10 minutes and envision the steps, some people are more visual. great tips though :)

actually that olay eye cream has reflective particles in it as well (i hated that eye cream) that's why you see the 'instant' results you just said you didnt like in a night cream lol

I've heard that exfoliation on the face causes micro woonds ( I'm not english, I don't know the exact word but it is direct translation ). A dermatologists told that to my friend. But maybe it is goes with acne prone skin.

i completely agree that water is the absolute best thing you can do for your skin! even moreso than cleansing. i notice a difference in a matter of a few hours when i drink more or less water and that's definitely something i want to stay on top of in the new year. i love the idea of drinking a tall glass of water as the very first thing you do, i'm definitely going to try that! xoxo <3
