In my first post I stated that 90% of observed behavioural differences are environmental so that meant I believe that 10% are genetic. In my 2nd post I said that they are minimal but not significant which is really what I actually said in my first post. And finally I said that these minimal differences are not enough to justify "race laws" of any nature.

whatever the extent of racial differences I think it's fair to say that they are not significant enough to become the basis of laws made in a society and that's all that matters
I'm of the libertarian school of thought that says treat everyone as equal individuals under the law and don't give preference to any race and let the differences if they exist play out naturally
if whites are better at something don't use affirmative action to "balance" it out and vice versa

I haven't really moved positions. I have just restated by beliefs in a different way. In my first post I stated that 90% of observed behavioural differences are environmental so that meant I believe that 10% are genetic. In my 2nd post I said that they are minimal but not significant which is really what I actually said in my first post. And finally I said that these minimal differences are not enough to justify "race laws" of any nature.
