@arnean Rather proven illogical to start with, since muscle is part of the human body. Ergo, women and muscle are already mixed...it's just that the crowd who saysa women and muscle don't mix are living in the 50s...they're going the way of the dinosaur...look at this woman...strong is the new sexy like it or not.
@sirius212ify I took the comment "women and muscle don't mix" to mean that large muscles, like the woman in the video has, don't look good on women. If you meant it literally, I agree with your comment. If you did mean what I thought you meant and then start this talk about logic, then you're a horses ass! If you look at society and see what is portrayed as the ideal woman, it's not She-Hulk here exactly, so most of the world is living in the 50s apparently. She looks like she is on steroids.
@arnean I know what you meant. "Large" is a relative term, so the argument that large muscles on women don't look good is meaningless: it has no common frame of reference. As to society's standard of beauty, that's also moot because standards of beauty chanhe over time. Today Marilyn Monroe would be considered a fattie. Most of the world apparently isn't living in the 50s when a six foot 108lb model is considered too fat (yes, that happened).
@arnean As far as this woman being too big I'd say she's a shrimp next to Nicole Bass (an admitted steroid user). It's *possible* this woman plays w/anavar or winnie but I doubt if she's messing w/testosterones. Look closer: Jessica Biel, Brooke Shields, Elisabeth Shue, Holly Hunter, Vanessa Williams, Katie Couric, and other flaunt their muscularity now. Sure, they're not in this girl's league yet but Rachel McLish and other pushed that envelope 30 years ago. The times are a changin'..
@sirius212ify Hey, don't get me wrong. I like women with some muscles. Jessica Biel has a gorgeous body! I just think that when they get as big as this one, it crosses over to be masculine, and that I don't like. Even with muscles, they have to keep their femininity, and huge shoulders and lats, and massive thighs are definitely masculine traits. So even though I can admire great fitness when seeing women this big, I find them masculine, and that's what I meant by muscles and women don't mix.
@arnean Once againyou're falling into the habit of building an argument on realtive terms i.e. ""big" and "huge"...Another thing your ignoring is genetics or somatotype variation. Women mesomorphs/mesoendos are often more muscular than male ectomorphs/ectomesos so using size alone as a measure of "masculine" quite simply ignores this. I've heard people argue Jessica Biel is "masculine" based on the same relative terminology you're using against Rachelle here.
@sirius212ify Dude, you are creating an argument that doesn't exist. I am not discussing whether it is natural for women to look like Rachelle here, I am stating a preference, just like you did with your initial comment. Science does have something to say, though, about what physical attributes that attracts men to women, and they almost unequivocally have to do with reproduction. Of course you will have a few men that differ greatly from this, but not too many.
@sirius212ify If you watch any vids of lifting weights or bodybuilding, these may pop up on the side. You may click on one out of curiosity or fascination event though you find the women unattractive in the sexual meaning of the word. If you can't grasp that, I think it's time to stop thinking with your c*ck...
@arnean Rachelle here is a shrimp next to a Tina Lockwood. I think Tina's arm is almost as big as Rachelle's leg. Next to Tina Rachelle looks like Jessica Biel. If women are bodybuilding *pure natural* than any development they gain without anabolic drugs can't be logically called masculine based on phusiology alone - it can only come from a social conditioning hangup which, sadly, causes guys yo seek out vids of women they claim they find masculine - and put them down
@arnean I see absolutely nothing mannish about this woman at all. All arguments against "excessive" muscularity masculinizing women are based on a question-begging fallacy because excessive is a relative term itself without any consensus of quantification (i.e. since why does a 13 in bicep become "masculine" as opposed to a 12.75 in bicep?) The devil is always in the details w/ "too big" arguments. The divding line for me is anabolic drugs alone - that's objective in nature.
