Debra would have been a nightmare to work with and would have been very disruptive in a team, but there's no denying she's good at her job.

Lorraine was very often right, but also very often late at realisng she was right, and again her attitude (although not aggressive like Debra's) would have annoyed a lot of people.

And James, bless him, just didn't have enough authority. I hope he does well in life though. And Debra as well, even though I didn't like her lol.

I definitly think Lorraine should have gone in Week 5 and every time she has appeared in the bottom 3 since. Shes exactly like Lucinda last year, makes a feeble argument against any decision then as soon as things start going wrong suddenly shes a lot more vocal and its the fact that she does it on the task that annoys me cos in the boardroom would be one thing but she causes tasks to crash around her and makes no effort to salvage the situation

its more of a catch phrase, but technically speaking you're right. I think its because over the 8 weeks although its supposed to be a job interview, the relationship they have with each other will be as employees to a manager.
