He was honorably discharged, with hearing loss & nerve damage in his arm (couldn't feel heat or cold). THEN he was in a car crash...drag racing Corvettes....had 1 in 100 chance of surviving...and did. He WALKED up the embankment, holding his face together, & into the ER!! He died in May of a heart attack. But that was one tough dude! I thank you all and honor your service.
