Bowing and Kissing the grave is Haram. But one Shirk not come with an act, shirt comes in belief. Even Sujud to a grave is not Shirk, that is Haram. If not, Allah ordered to to Sajdah to Adam (A). THE MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS THEY ARE INNCOCENT BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THE QURAN OR THE HADEETH OF OUR MUHAMMED NABI SALLAHU ALAI WASALLAM, THEY NEED PROPER GUIDE, AS MUSLIM ITS OUR DUTY TO EXPLAIM THEM THIS IS NOT REAL WORSHIP,THESE THINGS DONE BY SOME IDIOTS WHO KEEP TILL AROUND THE DEAD PERSON GRAVE
You (Alone) we worship AND You (Alone) we seek help.
Some silly, uneducated muslims have tried to act clever by using this ayat as a reason not to ask Auliyah for help. Were the WAA (AND) is, the SYNTAX is changed.

Indeed our Lord is fair and just to all His Creatures. Allaah - The Lord of all that exists - He alone deserves to be supplicated to/ dua/ invoked and He establishes the proof before He punishes.
None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, He alone has power over all things, may Allaah guide you (the reader) and me to that which pleases Him.
I hope we can all be brothers and sisters who supplicate/ dua to Allaah, alone and thus worship Allaah, alone.
In the many posts I have submitted explaining the Shirk of those who supplicate to the dead, there is one thing to keep in mind.
The ruling of Shirk upon the one who invokes/ dua/ supplicates to the dead is GENERAL and is a ruling about the action.
However for a particular INDIVIDUAL, before we say he is a Mushrik (a person who commits Shirk/ polytheist), we must establish the proof upon him, such as determining whether the INDIVIDUAL has the correct knowledge and he is not ignorant and so on.
I have submitted many posts to explain that Islaam is a religion of Tawheed (monotheism), which calls to the worship of Allaah, alone, without partners. There are no partners with Allaah, whether large or small partners.
There is no partner with Allaah in LORDSHIP, WORSHIP or NAMES & ATTRIBUTES.
Part of Tawheed of WORSHIP is that we supplicate / dua to Allaah alone.
People who supplicate to the dead, asking for their help and intercession, are in reality worshipping the dead - That is Shirk.
QUR'AAN - Verily, Allâh forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allâh in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin. (An-Nisa 4:48)
Some Sufis worship the Awliya and other than them, by supplicating to the Awliya and others - That is Shirk (associating partners with Allaah/ polytheism) because these Sufis give a share of their worship to others besides Allaah.
Sufis also use unclear texts to justify their supplications/ duas to the dead. But the clear texts of the Qur'aan teach the Muslims to supplicate/ invoke/ dua to Allaah alone and thus worship Allaah, alone.
QUR'AAN - You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). (Al-Fatihah 1:5)
QUR'AAN - .....so invoke not anyone along with Allâh. (Al-Jinn 72:18)
So let us follow the clear texts and also invoke Allaah, ALONE, when we supplicate/ dua.
Sufis use weak and fabricated hadeeths (narrations of The Prophet Muhammad) to justify their supplications to the dead. But in Islaam, we CANNOT use weak and fabricated narrations as evidence for an act of worship.
Muslims only use authentic hadeeths (narrations of The Prophet Muhammad), as verified by the scholars of hadeeth, to establish evidence for acts of worship.
The Qur'aan and AUTHENTIC narrations of our Prophet clearly show we can only supplicate/ dua to Allaah
There are numerous types of Sufis and Shias. Some Sufis and Shias worship the dead by supplicating / dua / invoking the dead
Examples of Sufi duas: "O Abdul Qadir help me" or "O Chisti cure me" - THESE DUAS ARE EXAMPLES OF SHIRK
Examples of Shia duas: "O Alee help me" or "O Hussain intercede for me" - THESE DUAS ARE EXAMPLES OF SHIRK
IN ISLAAM - Muslims supplicate/ dua to Allaah - The Creator and The Lord - ALONE: "O Allaah help me" or "O Allaah guide me" - THESE DUAS ARE EXAMPLES OF TAWHEED.
this is called respect for the awliya allah for barakha this is not worship kissing out of respect is also allowed thats what i believe but grave worshipping is not allowed.
Shaikh `Ali Mahfuz who died in 1361 (1942 A.D.) and was one of the great `ulama' of Jami' al-Azhar (Egypt), his book Al-ibda' says: "It is not right to say that the great awliya' dispose worldly affairs after death, such as curing the ill, rescuing those who are about to be drowned, helping those who are against the enemy and having lost things found.
It is wrong to say that, because the awliya are very great, Allahu ta'ala has left these tasks to them or they do what they wish or that one who clings to them will not go wrong. But whether they are alive or dead, Allahu ta'ala blesses, among His awliya', the ones whom He wills, and, through their karamat, He cures the ill, rescues those who are about to be drowned, helps those who are fighting an enemy and recovers lost things.
So it is clear from the messages I have submitted, that in Islaam - All worship (including dua/ supplication) can only be to Allaah.
Grave-worshippers, like those in this video, are going against the clear texts of the Qur'aan and Hadeeth.
BUT - Look at this issue from another point of view too: Human beings are naturally inclined to worship The Creator (Allaah) only and thus call upon Him in prayer / dua ONLY
It does NOT make any sense to pray to / dua to a dead person who died centuries ago
HADEETH - The Prophet said: "Whosoever dies whilst making du’aa (invocation, supplication) to others besides Allaah, will enter the HellFire." [Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 4297), from Ibn Mas’ood]
BUT - Sufis & Shias invoke the dead. Some Sufis pray as follows: "O Abdul Qadir help me" or "O Chisti cure me" or "O Alee intercede for me" - THIS IS ALL SHIRK because these DUAS involve supplicating / invoking / dua to other than Allaah.
In Islaam - All dua / supplication is to Allaah ALONE.
HADEETH - The Prophet Muhammad said: "If you ask, ask of Allaah, and if you seek help, then seek the help of Allaah." [Tirmidthee, good and authentic]
BUT - Sufis & Shias go their shrines and then raise their hands and call upon / DUA / supplicate to the dead - THIS GOES AGAINST THE ORDER OF OUR PROPHET.
In Islaam - All worship is to Allaah ALONE. This includes DUA. So in Islaam all dua / invoking / supplication is to Allaah ALONE.
HADEETH - The Prophet said: "Dua is worship". [SAHEEH (authentic) - Reported by Ahmad and the compilers of the Sunans).
So the fact that Sufis & Shias supplicate / dua to the dead, this means they worship the dead. Worshipping other than Allaah is Shirk, which expels from Islaam.
That is why we call the Sufis & Shias - Mushrikeen (polytheists).
Not all Sufis & Shias are Mushrikeen though, as there are varying degrees of deviance among them.
HADEETH - The Prophet said: "Beware of those who preceded you and used to take the graves of their Prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but you must not take graves as Masjids; I forbid you to do that." Refer to the English Translation of Saheeh Muslim for the complete Hadeeth, Chapter 47: Forbiddance to build Masjids on the Graves & decorating them with pictures and forbiddance to use graves as Masjids: Book 4: Hadeeth no: 1083.
HADEETH - The Prophet Muhammad said: "Allaah cursed the Jews and the Christians for taking the graves of their Prophets as Masjids." -- Refer to the English Translation of Saheeh Bukhari, Book of Prayer, volume 1, Book 8, Hadeeth no: 427 & 428.
BUT - This is what Sufis & Shias do. So they follow the ways of the Jews & Christians in their religious practice.
In Islaam - The Mosques are for Allaah and the worship of Allaah ONLY.
Proof regarding the prohibition of building on graves:
From Jaabir bin Abdullaah who said that the Messenger of Allaah prohibited plastering of the graves and sitting upon it and building upon it. This hadeeth is in Kitaab ul-Janaaiz 2/667 in Muslim.
BUT - Sufis & Shias build shrines over graves and at these places people worship the dead by supplicating / dua to the dead. Sufis & Shias seek help and intercession from the dead - BUT THIS IS CLEAR SHIRK (polytheism).
From Abu Al-Hayaaj Al-Asadiy who said Ali ibn Abi Taalib said to me "I am dispatching you upon what the Messenger dispatched me upon, that, "you do not leave statues except you deface it nor a grave raised except you level it" This hadeeth is in Kitaab ul-Janaaiz 2/666 in Muslim.
BUT - Sufis & Shias have high graves in their shrines. They have built these high graves for the Awliya and other than them - This clearly goes AGAINST the order of our Prophet.
This is characteristic of the extreme literalists of our times. Passing judgements based on the outward and apparent, and not striving to understand the inner aspects of what they see. This is only confirmation of the truth of our Prophet, who said that the khawarij of later times will have poor manners and superficial understanding of the deen,
What is forbidden is to ask for intercession from the things which are declared by Allahu ta'ala to be unable to intercede, namely idols, the things which are worshiped or considered as partners to Allahu ta'ala. Prophets s & awliya' r were declared to be able to intercede. Entreating them to intercede shows one's belief in the Qur'an & Hadith. There intercession will be possible by Allahu ta'ala's permission.
@potjhm1 - The Mushrikeen of olden times used to invoke / dua to Awliya and to Angels too, IN ORDER TO SEEK THEIR INTERCESSION.
If a person calls upon / dua / supplicates to other than Allaah, whether it be for any type of help or intercession, then that is Shirk (polytheism), which expels from Islaam.
Why? Because the Pagans of old were declared Mushrikeen (polytheists) and Kufar (Unbelievers) on account of their seeking intercession from Awliya, Angels, idols.
@potjhm1- QUR'AAN - "And they have said: 'You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwâ', nor Yaghûth, nor Ya'ûq, nor Nasr (names of the idols); (Nuh 71:23)
Ibn Abbaas relates: "These were all idols from Noah's nation, which eventually ended up amongst the Arabs. Wadd was the idol which was worshipped by the Kalb tribe in the region of Dawmatul-Jandal;Suwaa was for the Hudhayl tribe; Yaghooth by the Ghutayf tribe at Jurf near the region of Sabaa....(continued in next post)
@potjhm1- ...statment of Ibn Abbaas continued:.......Ya’ooq for the Hamdaan tribe and Nasr was the idol worshipped by the Dhul-Kalaa of the Himayr tribe. Indeed these five idols were the names of righteous men from the nation of Noah.
This narration from Ibn Abbaas is found Related by al-Bukhaaree (no .4920).
My Muslim brother - the idols which were worshipped have origins in being righteous men.
BUT - It is still forbidden to seek their INTERCESSION.
@potjhm1- The narration from ibn Abbaas continues further:.......
When they died, Shaytaan whispered to their people to make statues of them in honour of them, and to place these statues in their places of gathering as a reminder of them, so they did this. However, none from amongst them worshipped these statues, until when that generation passed away and the purpose of the statues was forgotten, the next generation then began worshipping them." - Related by al-Bukhaaree (no .4920)
@potjhm1 - Now compare this to the Sufis & Shias today. They have also exaggerated the status of righteous people and falsely made them and other than them as intermediairies between themselves and Allaah. Sufis & Shias venerate shrines of the dead and invoke / dua / supplicate to the dead to seek their help and sometimes to SEEK THEIR INTERCESSION.
BUT - This is the same Shirk as the Mushrikeen of old, who also used to invoke / dua to Awliya, Angels, idols in order to seek their INTERCESSION.
QUR'AAN - And they worship besides Allâh things that hurt them not, nor profit them, and they say: "These are our intercessors with Allâh." Say: "Do you inform Allâh of that which He knows not in the heavens and on the earth?" Glorified and Exalted be He above all that which they associate as partners with Him! (Yunus 10:18).
So Allaah has named this action Shirk (associating partners with Allaah /polytheism).
@potjhm1- The Polytheists/Pagans (Mushrikeen) at the time of the Prophet affirmed that Allaah is the sole provider, sustainer, giver of life, that Allaah alone controls the affairs and that the creation is subservient to Allaah and under His command.
So what was their Shirk?
ANSWER - They used to invoke / dua to their idols to seek their intercession. That is how they associated partners with Allaah (committed Shirk).
They gave a share of their worship to others besides Allaah - That is Shirk
“Death cannot destroy the soul, which is the place of Allah’s Ma’rifat, because it is something spiritual. Death causes the change of the condition of soul, and relieves it from the prison of it’s bodily cage. It does not end.
“Do not even think of those who are martyred in the way of Allah as dead, BUT THEY ARE ALIVE near their lord and given provision. They are joyous of what Allah bestowed upon them of his favour and they give good news to those who have not as yet reached them.” (Surah Al-Imraan, Verse 170).”
bowing down at graves is haram...if the person doing it is doing so with the intention of worshipping then it is shirk...so we cannot infere someone is committing shirk cos we dont know if they are worshipping..but like i said bowing is atleast haram..this is the ijma
@hussein5429 Exactly. The action in itself is not permitted, but to infer based on the action the direction of someone's heart is wrong. Worship involves both the body and the heart. Problematically, when that supposed "grave worshipper" performs his salat, in which he testifies that there is not god but Allah, then one might have called a true believer a mushrik, who simply could have been doing a forbidden action which he simply needs to be informed of and have it corrected.
1) Narrated by Ibn Al Atheer in Al Kamil and Ibn Katheer in Al Bidayah wan-Nihayah --
At the time of Sayfal-llah Khalid Bin Al Waleed (may Allah be pleased with him) during the war against Musaylamah Al Kathab, the poets of Khalid bin Al waleed used to say Ya Muhammadah and that call had been accepted by all of the companions.
2) So, Khalid Bin Waleed r.a said Ya Muhammad and also his army followed him and also said it for barakah. That's enough proof that this great army AGREED onto what Khalid r.a. ordered! This army was from Al Huffath (The memorizers of the Hadith of the Prophet s), from the scholars and from the Badriyeen (The ones who witnessed Battle of Badr) including Sahabah.
3) Also Khalid Bin Al waleed (during battles) used to put one of the Hairs of Prophet saw in his Turban. He once lost that turban with the Hair, so he asked his army to search for it until they find it. He said "I have never lost when wearing this Turban with the Holy Hair". Every time he wears that particular Turban Allah swt granted him victory. Thats how they used seek Barakah from the Prophet saw.
no they don't worship the kaaba at all... for a number of centuries the mu'athin used to call for prayer in makkah by standing on top of the kaba. If we are worshipping it how can we be standing on top of it with our feet?
It is a place so that the direction of prayer can be united rather than muslims be divided amongst each other, and it has significance in terms of prophets like abraham.
Grave worship is something else which is condemned and unfortunately some "muslims" committed it.
Please tell me how you diffrentiate between kissing the black stone and kissing the stone of a grave, how can you diffrentiate between kissing kaaba and kissing grave both are made of stone.
It comes down to the intention. The person kissing the black stone only does it as a form of imitating the prophet. Umar ibn al-Khattab, the second Caliph, came to kiss the stone, he said, in front of all assembled: "No doubt, I know that you are a stone and can neither harm anyone nor benefit anyone. Had I not seen Allah's Messenger kissing you, I would not have kissed you."
People kissing the grave are doing it to gain blessings believing that the dead man would benefit them. This is shirk.
@exposingmunafiqs r u muslim or hindu first of all we dont worship the kaaba,we also stand on it .if u are a not a grave worshipper or an idol worshipper than stand on the grave or on ur idol.
Najdis believe anyone sitting & respecting a grave of a Wali is worshipping it, why? Which Ayah in the Quran or Hadith is it written that respecting a Wali's grave is the same as worshiping idols?....Nowhere, thats where!...Only the najdi wahabi made up aqeeda believe it.
First of all who is a wali? Is it the selfproclaimed "wali" of the Naqshabandi sect?
Sec. why do you sit on/near a grave of a wali? Is it rizq you are waiting from them? Honour maybe? Or is it victory?
Third of all is that you are not just "sitting & respecting" the grave. Rather there are people making dua to them, thinking the wali or "wali" will help you or thinking that you can have barakah by touching or bowing etc. This is worship.
@19Lion8 Forth thing is that you say to the ahl-as-sunnah "wahhabi" and accusing them of making up aqeedah. This is false speech! The ahl-as-sunnahs belifs is what is in the Quran and Sunnah in the understanding of the salaf. Furtheron this is nothing new that Muhammad bin abdelwahhab came with. If you for ex. read some of his books you will see only evidances from the quran and sunnah for his claims. ex. "Shirk is a big/biggest sin; Evidance: ***" This is Kitaab at Tawheed from him.
@19Lion8 , your r calling people wahabi , just tell me why are these people kissing the cloth. what kind of repect is that. she is not even wearing hijab, they r making sajda to this dead man, what is the proof that he is a wali and even if he is he cant help us. you alone we worship, you alone we ask for help alfatiha.
@islamistheway2allah1 The ayat is about the unbelievers who do not believe in and worship Allahu ta'ala, but worship idols and statues. It is slander against the Qur'an al-karim and Muslims to quote the ayats about kafirs as documents to call 'disbelievers' those Muslims who visit the grave of the Beloved Prophet or of a wali of Allahu ta'ala to ask for intercession and prayer. Shame on the wahhabis!
Jaabir (RA) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (PBUH) forbade plastering over graves, sitting on them, and building over them.” (Muslim, al-Janaa’iz, 970).
Sheikh Abdul Qadir (RA) said in Ghunyatul-taulibeen
When some one visits a grave, he should not put his hand over it nor should kiss it because it is the habit of jews
It was narrated from ‘Aa’ishah (RA) that Umm Salamah or Umm Habeebah told the Messenger of Allaah (PBUH) about a church that they had seen in Ethiopia and the images that were inside it. He (PBUH) said: “Those are people who, when a righteous slave or a righteous man among them died, they would build a place of worship over his grave and put those images in it. They are the most evil of creation before Allaah.” (Agreed upon; al-Bukhaari, al-Salaah, 434; Muslim, al-Masaajid, 528).
@admin202 Understand the Hadith if your understanding is correct then why did the Sahaba bury the the Prophet in his house?
The Christians and Jews made effigies and worshiped them instead of worshiping Allah otherwise the Prophets tomb is in a place of worship and a place worship was built over were the As hab e qaaf had laid. It is the fact that the effigies were worshiped otherwise the Prophets house was in the precinct of the mosque then this fact clashes with the Hadith?
"Allah has defended the earth from consuming the bodies of Prophets".

A sound (sahih) tradition related on the authority of Anas and others by Muslim, Nasa'i, and Bayhaqi in the dala'il al-nubuwwa and the Hayât. Some mention the beginning (in parentheses), while others omit it. Nawawi said in his explanation of this hadith: "The work of the next world is all dhikr and du`a" (sharH SaHeeH Muslim 1/73/267).
ma min aHadin yusallimu `alayya illa radda ilayy-Allahu rûHi Hatta arudda `alayhi al-salâm
"No-one greets me except Allah has returned my soul to me so that I can return his salâm".
From Abu Hurayra, in Abu Dawud with a sound (SaHeeH) chain. This hadith has been adduced by the scholars as the legal proof for the validity and modality of visiting and greeting the Prophet , although the hadith does not mention the necessity of physically visiting the Prophet in Madina.
"My life is a great good for you, you will relate about me and it will be related to you, and my death is a great good for you, your actions will be presented to me (in my grave) and if I see goodness I will praise Allah, and if see other than that I will ask forgiveness of him (for you)."
Qadi `Iyad cites it in "al-Shifa" (1:56 of the Amman edition) and Suyuti said in his "Manahil al-safa fi takhrij ahadith al-shifa" (Beirut 1988/1408) p. 31 (#8):
"Ibn Abi Usama cites it in his Musnad from the hadith of Bakr ibn `Abd Allah al-Mazni, and al-Bazzar from the hadith of Ibn Mas`ud with a sound (sahih) chain."
Man Salla `alayya `inda qabri sami`tuhu, wa man Salla `alayya nâ'iyan bullightuhu
"Whoever invokes blessings on me at my grave, I hear him, and whoever invokes blessings on me from afar, I am informed about it."
Ibn Hajar says in FatH al-Bâri 6:379: "Abu al-Shaykh cites it with a good chain (sanad jayyid)," and Bayhaqi mentions it in Hayât al-anbiyâ with "ublightuhu" in the end.
"Whoever visits my grave, it becomes incumbent upon me to intercede for him."
Narrated by al-Daraqutni, al-Dulabi, al-Bayhaqi, Khatib al-Baghdadi, al-`Uqayli, Ibn `Adiy, Tabarani, and Ibn Khuzaymah in his Sahih, all through various chains going back to Musa ibn Hilal al-`Abdiyy from Ubayd Allah Ibn Umar, both from Nafi`, from Ibn `Umar.
Dhahabi declared this chain hasan (fair) as narrated, in "Mizan al- i`tidal," vol. 4, p. 226: "Huwa salih al-hadith" which means:"He -- Musa ibn Hilal -- is good in his narrations." Al-Sakhawi confirmed him in the "Maqasid al-hasana", while al-Subki declared it sahih according to Samhudi in Sa`adat al-dârayn 1:77.
Dawud ibn Salih says: "[The Umayyad Caliph] Marwan [ibn al-Hakam] one day saw a man placing his face on top of the grave of the Prophet . He said: "Do you know what you are doing?" When he came near him, he realized it was Abu Ayyub al-Ansari. The latter said: "Yes; I came to the Prophet , not to a stone. I heard the Prophet say:
Do not weep on religion if its people assume its leadership (walyahu), but weep on it if other than its people assume it."
Ahmad 5:422, Hakim (Mustadrak 4:515); both the latter and al-Dhahabi said it was sahih. It is thus cited by as-Subki (Shifa' as-siqam p. 126), Ibn Taymiyya (al-Muntaqa 2:261f.), and al-Haythami (al-Zawa'id 4:2).
may allah almighty save them all from shirk. we all muslims should take the responsible for this kind of stupid foolish insane activities. can anyone please let me know the place please.
No one says it is okay to ask other than Allah but what you people fail to realize is that those people are visiting these graves FOR Allah, and the only one they call in such places is Allah... Such is the Kaba... or are we worshipping a black cube?
Ask yourself: why is this video purposely misleading? Because there is a MOVEMENT that aims to divide the believers.
No they are not making Sujood. They are getting close to kiss and show love to the Imam. As for putting the forehead on he ground, the angels made sujood to Adam. Does that mean angels worship mankind? No it was a sign of obedience to Allah and humbleness to man kind. Which Iblis refused to do.
Refusing to be humble to the Prophet and his Holy House Hold is not good. May my Soul be sacrificed for the Prophet and the Imams appointed by Allah.
@LearnTwice i agree with uuu...actions are judged on intentions...so 1 can not assume that going to a grave means that the person in grave is being worshippped....ppl fail to understand dat the prophets are more closer to allah then we are...so we seek wasila, which is another concept dat seems to be considered as shirk....
The hinduism needs to be removed from the pakistani and indian muslims before they will understand. If they stop watching bollywood movies would be a start. Unfortunately when I was younger as a family the only time we spent together was watching bollywood. The dark ages....
Islaam orders with dua / supplication / invoking to Allaah alone.
Quraan :: And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islâmic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islâmic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" (Ghafir 40:60)
And the mosques are for Allâh (Alone), so invoke not anyone along with Allâh. (Al-Jinn 72:18)
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: "If you ask, ask of Allaah, and if you seek help, then seek the help of Allaah." [Tirmidthee, good and authentic]
The Prophet (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) said: Dua (supplication) is the worship. [Reported by Aboo Daawood and at-Tirmidhee who said it is Hasan Saheeh]
So those who call upon other than Allaah in dua/supplication/invoking are worshipping other than Allaah, which is Shirk.
The Prophet (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) also said: : Beware of those who preceded you and used to take the graves of their prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but you must not take graves as Masjids; I forbid you to do that. Refer to the English Translation of Saheeh Muslim for the complete Hadeeth, Chapter 47: Forbiddance to build Masjids on the Graves & decorating them with pictures and forbiddance to use graves as Masjids: Book 4: Hadeeth no: 1083.
People go there and supplicate/dua/invoke the dead, which is Shirk and expels a person from Islaam.
Proof regarding levelling graves:: From Abu Al-Hayaaj Al-Asadiy who said Ali ibn Abi Taalib said to me I am dispatching you upon what the Messenger dispatched me upon, that, you do not leave statues except you deface it nor a grave raised except you level it This hadeeth is in Kitaab ul-Janaaiz 2/666 in Muslim.
jazak allah for posting this, unfortunately you can quote the koran or hadith to these shia and barelvis but they will quote their al hadhrat rada khan barelvi
Prostrating to other than ALLAH is Shirk!!!!!

Who are these people? They can't be muslim. They should leave all these bad things and should come to ISLAM. And should see how beautiful is ISLAM.
AhlehadeesRealMuslim 1 year ago
Indeed our Lord is fair and just to all His Creatures. Allaah - The Lord of all that exists - He alone deserves to be supplicated to/ dua/ invoked and He establishes the proof before He punishes.
None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, He alone has power over all things, may Allaah guide you (the reader) and me to that which pleases Him.
I hope we can all be brothers and sisters who supplicate/ dua to Allaah, alone and thus worship Allaah, alone.
I hope we can all love each other.
TM15C 1 year ago
In the many posts I have submitted explaining the Shirk of those who supplicate to the dead, there is one thing to keep in mind.
The ruling of Shirk upon the one who invokes/ dua/ supplicates to the dead is GENERAL and is a ruling about the action.
However for a particular INDIVIDUAL, before we say he is a Mushrik (a person who commits Shirk/ polytheist), we must establish the proof upon him, such as determining whether the INDIVIDUAL has the correct knowledge and he is not ignorant and so on.
TM15C 1 year ago
I have submitted many posts to explain that Islaam is a religion of Tawheed (monotheism), which calls to the worship of Allaah, alone, without partners. There are no partners with Allaah, whether large or small partners.
There is no partner with Allaah in LORDSHIP, WORSHIP or NAMES & ATTRIBUTES.
Part of Tawheed of WORSHIP is that we supplicate / dua to Allaah alone.
People who supplicate to the dead, asking for their help and intercession, are in reality worshipping the dead - That is Shirk.
TM15C 1 year ago
QUR'AAN - Verily, Allâh forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allâh in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin. (An-Nisa 4:48)
Some Sufis worship the Awliya and other than them, by supplicating to the Awliya and others - That is Shirk (associating partners with Allaah/ polytheism) because these Sufis give a share of their worship to others besides Allaah.
TM15C 1 year ago
TM15C 1 year ago
Sufis use weak and fabricated hadeeths (narrations of The Prophet Muhammad) to justify their supplications to the dead. But in Islaam, we CANNOT use weak and fabricated narrations as evidence for an act of worship.
Muslims only use authentic hadeeths (narrations of The Prophet Muhammad), as verified by the scholars of hadeeth, to establish evidence for acts of worship.
The Qur'aan and AUTHENTIC narrations of our Prophet clearly show we can only supplicate/ dua to Allaah
EG: "O Allaah help...
TM15C 1 year ago
TM15C 1 year ago
HADEETH - The Prophet said: "Dua is worship". [SAHEEH (authentic) - Reported by Ahmad and the compilers of the Sunans).
If a person supplicates/ dua to other than Allaah, then this person has worshipped other than Allaah.
Worshipping other than Allaah is Shirk (associating partners with Allaah/polytheism).
So the Muslim supplicates/ invokes / dua to Allaah alone and thus worships Allaah alone.
BUT - Many grave-worshippers supplicate to the dead in their graves, so they worship the dead.
TM15C 1 year ago
QUR'AAN - ...so invoke not anyone along with Allâh. (Al-Jinn 72:18)
HADEETH - The Prophet Muhammad said: "If you ask, ask of Allaah, and if you seek help, then seek the help of Allaah." [Tirmidthee, good and authentic]
So when a Muslim supplicates/ dua/ invokes - Then he can only ask Allaah.
The Prophet Muhammad and his Companions (Sahabah) are examples for the Muslims to follow; they supplicated to Allaah, alone.
The path of the Prophet and his Companions is the blessed path.
TM15C 1 year ago
The creation CANNOT share with Allaah in any of the 3 categories of Tawheed (monotheism)
The opposite of Tawheed is Shirk. Shirk is the worst sin in Islaam and expels from Islaam.
Shirk means to associate partners with Allaah/ polytheism.
EXAMPLES OF SHIRK:
1) Shirk in LORDSHIP- If a person believes that there is another creator, provider etc besides Allaah - THAT IS SHIRK.
2) Shirk in WORSHIP- If a person worships other than Allaah, such as supplicating to other than Allaah - THAT IS SHIRK
TM15C 1 year ago
Tawheed (monotheism) is the foundation of Islaam and has 3 categories:
1) Tawheed of LORDSHIP - Allaah alone is the Lord, Creator, Provider etc of all that exists. Allaah alone has power over all things etc.
2) Tawheed of WORSHIP - All acts of worship must only be directed to Allaah. This means that Muslims worship Allaah, alone, without partners.
3) Tawheed of NAMES & ATTRIBUTES - Allaah's Names & Attributes belong to Him alone. Allaah is unique and there is nothing comparable to Allaah.

Shaikh `Ali Mahfuz who died in 1361 (1942 A.D.) and was one of the great `ulama' of Jami' al-Azhar (Egypt), his book Al-ibda' says: "It is not right to say that the great awliya' dispose worldly affairs after death, such as curing the ill, rescuing those who are about to be drowned, helping those who are against the enemy and having lost things found.
potjhm1 1 year ago

TM15C 1 year ago
QUR'AAN - ...so invoke not anyone along with Allâh. (Al-Jinn 72:18)
BUT - Sufis & Shias invoke / dua to others besides Allaah - THAT IS SHIRK and clear disobedience of Allaah.
In Islaam - When we pray / dua / supplicate, then we invoke Allaah ONLY.
The Prophet Muhammad and His Sahabah (Companions) invoked / worshipped Allaah alone.
BUT - Sufis & Shias invoke other than Allaah.
WARNING - Sufis & Shias bring weak, fabricated and unclear texts as proofs. This is only a proof against them.
TM15C 1 year ago
TM15C 1 year ago
HADEETH - The Prophet Muhammad said: "If you ask, ask of Allaah, and if you seek help, then seek the help of Allaah." [Tirmidthee, good and authentic]
BUT - Sufis & Shias go their shrines and then raise their hands and call upon / DUA / supplicate to the dead - THIS GOES AGAINST THE ORDER OF OUR PROPHET.
In Islaam - All worship is to Allaah ALONE. This includes DUA. So in Islaam all dua / invoking / supplication is to Allaah ALONE.
TM15C 1 year ago
HADEETH - The Prophet said: "Dua is worship". [SAHEEH (authentic) - Reported by Ahmad and the compilers of the Sunans).
TM15C 1 year ago
At these shrines (WHICH HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ISLAAM), people worship the dead.
How do they worship the dead?
ANSWER - By praying to / dua to / supplicating to / invoking the dead. DUA is an act of worship which can only be sought from Allaah.
Therefore, if a person supplicates / dua to other than Allaah, then that person has worshipped other than Allaah.
If a peson worships other than Allaah, then this person has committed Shirk. Shirk is the worst sin in Islaam and expels from Islaam.
TM15C 1 year ago
HADEETH - The Prophet said: "Beware of those who preceded you and used to take the graves of their Prophets and righteous men as places of worship, but you must not take graves as Masjids; I forbid you to do that." Refer to the English Translation of Saheeh Muslim for the complete Hadeeth, Chapter 47: Forbiddance to build Masjids on the Graves & decorating them with pictures and forbiddance to use graves as Masjids: Book 4: Hadeeth no: 1083.
TM15C 1 year ago
HADEETH - The Prophet Muhammad said: "Allaah cursed the Jews and the Christians for taking the graves of their Prophets as Masjids." -- Refer to the English Translation of Saheeh Bukhari, Book of Prayer, volume 1, Book 8, Hadeeth no: 427 & 428.
BUT - This is what Sufis & Shias do. So they follow the ways of the Jews & Christians in their religious practice.
In Islaam - The Mosques are for Allaah and the worship of Allaah ONLY.
TM15C 1 year ago
Proof regarding the prohibition of building on graves:
From Jaabir bin Abdullaah who said that the Messenger of Allaah prohibited plastering of the graves and sitting upon it and building upon it. This hadeeth is in Kitaab ul-Janaaiz 2/667 in Muslim.
BUT - Sufis & Shias build shrines over graves and at these places people worship the dead by supplicating / dua to the dead. Sufis & Shias seek help and intercession from the dead - BUT THIS IS CLEAR SHIRK (polytheism).
TM15C 1 year ago
Proof regarding levelling graves::
TM15C 1 year ago

There intercession will be possible by Allahu ta'ala's permission.
potjhm1 1 year ago
@potjhm1 - The Mushrikeen of olden times used to invoke / dua to Awliya and to Angels too, IN ORDER TO SEEK THEIR INTERCESSION.
If a person calls upon / dua / supplicates to other than Allaah, whether it be for any type of help or intercession, then that is Shirk (polytheism), which expels from Islaam.
Why? Because the Pagans of old were declared Mushrikeen (polytheists) and Kufar (Unbelievers) on account of their seeking intercession from Awliya, Angels, idols.
Shirk is NOT limited to idols
TM15C 1 year ago
@potjhm1- Allaah sent Prophet Noah to his people when they exaggerated the status of righteous people such as Wadd, Suwaa, Yaguth & more.
Our Prophet Muhammad smashed the statues of these righteous people.
The Mushrikeen of olden times had turned some of the righteous people into intermediaries themselves and Allaah.
The Mushrikeen used to seek the INTERCESSION of the RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE - That was their Shirk.
Some called upon the Angels, some called upon righteous people.
TM15C 1 year ago
TM15C 1 year ago

However, none from amongst them worshipped these statues, until when that generation passed away and the purpose of the statues was forgotten, the next generation then began worshipping them." - Related by al-Bukhaaree (no .4920)
TM15C 1 year ago
@potjhm1 - Now compare this to the Sufis & Shias today. They have also exaggerated the status of righteous people and falsely made them and other than them as intermediairies between themselves and Allaah. Sufis & Shias venerate shrines of the dead and invoke / dua / supplicate to the dead to seek their help and sometimes to SEEK THEIR INTERCESSION.
BUT - This is the same Shirk as the Mushrikeen of old, who also used to invoke / dua to Awliya, Angels, idols in order to seek their INTERCESSION.
TM15C 1 year ago
@potjhm1
TM15C 1 year ago
@potjhm1- The Polytheists/Pagans (Mushrikeen) at the time of the Prophet affirmed that Allaah is the sole provider, sustainer, giver of life, that Allaah alone controls the affairs and that the creation is subservient to Allaah and under His command.
So what was their Shirk?
ANSWER - They used to invoke / dua to their idols to seek their intercession. That is how they associated partners with Allaah (committed Shirk).
They gave a share of their worship to others besides Allaah - That is Shirk
TM15C 1 year ago

hussein5429 1 year ago 8

That's enough proof that this great army AGREED onto what Khalid r.a. ordered! This army was from Al Huffath (The memorizers of the Hadith of the Prophet s), from the scholars and from the Badriyeen (The ones who witnessed Battle of Badr) including Sahabah.

wow here they are worshipping graves and in makka they worship kaaba.
in mosque they worship imaam.
there is no difference in muslims and hindus bcs muslims also worship kaaba which is made of stone!
exposingmunafiqs 2 years ago
no they don't worship the kaaba at all... for a number of centuries the mu'athin used to call for prayer in makkah by standing on top of the kaba. If we are worshipping it how can we be standing on top of it with our feet?
It is a place so that the direction of prayer can be united rather than muslims be divided amongst each other, and it has significance in terms of prophets like abraham.
Grave worship is something else which is condemned and unfortunately some "muslims" committed it.
o0abdo0o 2 years ago
Please tell me how you diffrentiate between kissing the black stone and kissing the stone of a grave, how can you diffrentiate between kissing kaaba and kissing grave both are made of stone.
exposingmunafiqs 2 years ago
It comes down to the intention. The person kissing the black stone only does it as a form of imitating the prophet. Umar ibn al-Khattab, the second Caliph, came to kiss the stone, he said, in front of all assembled: "No doubt, I know that you are a stone and can neither harm anyone nor benefit anyone. Had I not seen Allah's Messenger kissing you, I would not have kissed you."
People kissing the grave are doing it to gain blessings believing that the dead man would benefit them. This is shirk.

@19Lion8
88BMNN 1 year ago
@19Lion8 Forth thing is that you say to the ahl-as-sunnah "wahhabi" and accusing them of making up aqeedah. This is false speech! The ahl-as-sunnahs belifs is what is in the Quran and Sunnah in the understanding of the salaf. Furtheron this is nothing new that Muhammad bin abdelwahhab came with. If you for ex. read some of his books you will see only evidances from the quran and sunnah for his claims. ex. "Shirk is a big/biggest sin; Evidance: ***" This is Kitaab at Tawheed from him.

Peace.

why is he prostrating to the dead person stupid!
PrInCeSsuk8 2 years ago
They are not prostrating to the dead... the Masjid faces Mecca. Is praying in the mosque of the Prophet (s) making prostration to the Prophet (s)?
We need to be wiser than this brother. We cant fall into the traps of those whom seek to divide us.
Peace.
LearnTwice 2 years ago
you are kidding me!
This is not at all the same as the masjid of the prophet!
They are GOING THERE TO WORSHIP IT and if you look closly they are NOT PRAYING SALAAH but they are worshipping that dead person!
Do you think it is ok to call upon dead people?

Also, where in the video did you notice anyone prostrate to the grave? I saw someone kiss it towards the latter half.
Either way, take care of yourself brother.
Peace.

LearnTwice... Put your eyegalses!" These are making sujood to the graves!!!!
88BMNN 2 years ago
No they are not making Sujood. They are getting close to kiss and show love to the Imam. As for putting the forehead on he ground, the angels made sujood to Adam. Does that mean angels worship mankind? No it was a sign of obedience to Allah and humbleness to man kind. Which Iblis refused to do.
Refusing to be humble to the Prophet and his Holy House Hold is not good. May my Soul be sacrificed for the Prophet and the Imams appointed by Allah.
We have to be wise and Contemplate Quran.
LearnTwice 2 years ago

Shrines above graves are illegal in Islaam.
They lead to Shirk.
