I'm in the testing fase myself at this point and I'm not sure how to use the casings. I use the waterproof casing most of the time just to be sure it don't get dammaged, but I find the sound quality disappointing. I know what it says on the back: under 100 mph non-waterproof, above 100 mph waterproof.
