Ok. So, I'm going to sound like a complete douche, but you sound weird in this. It's not the reverb; it's the way you choose to sing. It doesn't fit the song at all. It's not that you're bad. You're decent, actually. This is just not the type of song you should be singing. Those high notes are a big part of the song, too. And (let's face it) they weren't all that great.
